I bought a chest torch for a very reasonable price (~£30) in September. The torch was adjustable at the front and also had a rear light, which my previous torch didn't have. Unfortunately, the charging point snapped off after 2 months of use. I contacted the company and received an email response very promptly (within hours) and after sending photos to confirm the fault, they posted out a replacement free of charge! Excellent customer service.

Very easy to order and great Ti deal with.
A delivery went missing in the post,
And after 1 question they sent out a new delivery on the same day…
Great service, will definitely be using again.

Deceitful company! I placed an order in JULY which I never received and when I have tried to contact customer service they never even bother to respond!
Despicable - taking people's money and not supplying the products they've paid for!!!

Ordered a t shirt 9 days ago and no update on order. Just says processing. Have emailed and text the contact number provided and recieved no reply. This was a t shirt for a trip away. Wouldn't use this site again. Probably should have read the other reviews on here before using them but you live and learn

The Inov-8 Roclite G 290 trail shoes fit great and are very responsive. The ordering process was very easy on the forrunnersbyrunners.com website. Nice job!

I placed an order in March 2023 and have had no contact and no delivery since. I have tried ringing, emailing, Facebook, I have even sent a handwritten letter asking for some sort of contact. I feel this is very unprofessional and should have learned from my previous experience when I ordered 2 pair of runners, one pair using a voucher but had to pay for the other so that I could compare sizes, however when I returned one pair, they sent me a credit note and wouldn't refund me - quite inappropriate as I had asked them in an email to confirm this was ok. Hence why I had to order another pair of runners which now I can't even get delivered, nor a response. Very unhappy and if I don't receive any contact within the next 2 weeks I will be going legal.

I ordered a swim donut and it had a hole in it so would not inflate, I emailed the company and cannot fault the service, they were prompt, apologetic and polite and a new one was dispatched within 2 days.

I ordered but unfortunately it didn't arrive, HOWEVER, the service I got from them once they were made aware was second to none, given a refund within an hour. Despite the issue I will be using them again based purely on the service after the issue was raised.

Placed an order on the 11th May for some water bottles that showed in stock. Since then I have received NO communication from the company and still not received my order!

Unfortunately looks like a MASSIVE scam!! :(

Don’t buy off this company! Nothing arrives they are scammers and don’t answer emails or calls.

Whilst the transaction was initially marred by the failure of the delivery service this was more than made up for by the prompt and efficient service displayed during the remedying of the problem.

Definitely a company I would do business with again.

I used to get a considerable amount of Cramp during the night. Now after taking the the Salt Sticks i have a good nights sleep Just a little insight of me I am doing approximately 5/6 hours per day including Sat and Sunday at age of 83. SO I AM V PLEASED.

I'll stick to the facts:
Ordered a pair of shoes on the 15th October and received a new order confirmation email.
Sent an email asking for more information on the 19th of October. I would have expected some shipping information/despatch confirmation to have arrived by now.
Politely asked for an update on the 24th of October.

I have heard back nothing.
If the 5 star reviews are to be believed then the best thing I can say is make sure you pay by credit card and spend over £100 to get some degree of protection on your purchase.

Edit: as reply says, a refund was eventually issued.

Great service from this company & will definitely use again

I submitted an order on the 18th July and up till 8th Aug it was never delivered. I tried to get hold of someone/anyone but they don't answer the phone or reply to messages/emails after numerous attempts. In the end I contacted my credit card company who recovered the money for me. At a time where customer service should be high, it couldn't be further off of their agenda.

Do not under any circumstances use this company. I ordered a pair of running spikes over a month ago and i have chased on multiple occasions. The product was in stock when i ordered. The company do not communicate and when contacted ignore emails and send evasive responses.
I would not have given this company even 1 star but zero rating was not an option. Use someone else there are plenty of better options on line.

Ordered a few weeks ago and regret it. I’ve had no email confirmation, tried to reset my password and no email for that. I’ve tried ringing, emailing, messaging them and not one response back… They taken my money though!!.

My order never arrived, no answer from the company. I wish i had red the reviews before purchasing anything. Half of the reviews are 5 stars and half are 1 star. Quite suspicious
