Terrible customer service
THEY TRIED TO LIE BUT IN THE END REFUNDED MONEY.
When u didn't turn off vps and have no credits for prolongation they will put your account into negative balance which is crazy instead of just shutting down vps - but that is against their policies or at the time of the ticket it was against.
We were using Forpsi webhosting previously and it was good. Then we adopted the Database-as-a-Service from forpsicloud.com when our business scaled up.
There were issues with the configuration of the database and the support was poor and slow. Even though we purchased the version with 30GB disk space, the setting only allows us to create temp tables around 500MB. We are not allowed to change the setting. The admin took weeks to respond and didn't offer any solution. We had to find the correct setting on the web pages of MySql by ourselves but they refused to change the setting for us. They only recommended that we should switch to their VPS service, which means that we would have to install and run the database all by ourselves.
Maybe they don't have enough experience with running the DBaaS service yet, but we would expect more helpful attitude in any case.
Really good hoster. I had the luck to get the 1€ virtual server offer when it has been valid and enjoy it a lot!
