After researching countless different formulas, we decided to give Kendamil Goat Follow-On Formula a shot-and I'm so glad we did! Our baby absolutely loves it and took to it right away with no issues. It mixes well, has a creamy texture, and doesn't have that strong smell some other formulas do.
Ingredients-wise, Kendamil really stands out. It's made with whole goat's milk, which is naturally gentle on tiny tummies. We also love that it's palm oil-free and has plant-based DHA - something we were specifically looking for.
Customer service was also a great experience.
We had a quick question about shipping and got a friendly and helpful response within 24 hours.
It's clear they really care about their customers and the quality of their product.
Another thing that really stood out to us is that Kendamil is a family business. You can tell there's a lot of heart behind what they do, and that personal touch really shines through in both the product and their service.
All in all, we're really happy with this formula and plan to stick with it. Highly recommend for parents looking for a high-quality, gentle alternative!

Bad Communication and Weak Customer Service
I made a large bulk purchase using a credit card that had a different billing address than my shipping address. Five days passed without any shipping confirmation, so I reached out to customer service to see what was happening with my order. Apparently I had needed to verify my credit card information and that my order had essentially been put on hold until I did so. Although I understand the need to verify the authenticity of this transaction as it was a rather large one, I didn't receive any sort of communication alerting me to verify this information prior to me reaching out. Having a consistent supply of formula is crucial for most babies and my son is no different. I was trying to be proactive by ordering this formula before I ran out of my current supply. Now I am cutting it extremely close, if not experiencing a substantial gap in readily available formula for my baby. Again, wanting to verify large purchases makes total sense - but not notifying your customers of it doesn't and is truly unacceptable. After communicating this frustration with customer support, their only response was that they “empathize” with my situation and that it will ship whenever it ships. Saying that they empathize with me feels like a gross cop out, especially when this a major issue that THEY had dropped the ball on.

buying in bulk
buying in bulk means that I don't have to worry about running out of formula and I always have an extra stash just in case there are supply errors or anything like that.. other sites I've seen have limits on how much you can buy at once but formula discounter gives you better prices the more you buy which I was impressed by and free shipping always helps
