Your way of eating it was very interested in, I got it and then contacted my doctor. My doctor said this is not the diet for me. I’ve got severe diverticulitis and I cannot eat any form of nuts, seeds, milk, beef, lamb, and the list goes on.

Easy to use and find the food I eat. I am 86 and get Meals on Wheels and that is always one of my meals. The other one is usually something on keto bread.

Honestly, I was unaware of you and your services. I thought you were spam and received my money back. This review says a lot about me and very little about your product. However, the fact my money was returned says volumes of positives for your customer service!

easy to use app
A nice, easy to use app but not what I was after - having thought it was part of Noom I realised quickly that it didn't have the psychology section I was particularly looking for,
I contacted support only to be told that it was not affiliated with Noom. I showed them the ad that was being display, and how it implied that it was.
Although the first reaction was to refuse me a refund, once I showed them the screenshot of the ad they quickly refunded me.

I like that I can log my meals and get immediate feedback about what I’ve eaten and what I should consider eating in the future. I loved the option to select how that information is conveyed. Finally, when I was battling an illness, I was given support that was centered on me and not just for the benefit of the Formula app 6 out 5 stars!

When you enter the foods that you eat at each meal, there aren't substitutions for a tsp, only tbsp and it seems to be very time consuming to enter each ingredient for a dish for homemade items. If you buy everything premade, you can scan a barcode.

Impressive!!!
Just started formula Care program. I inadvertently selected an upgrade and was charged twice. I sent a chat message to Formula Care and they had the refund processed within two minutes after my chat was sent to them.
By far incredible customer service and you don’t see this kind of response or refund anywhere out there in a program like this
If they are this quick to handle a refund, I believe I’m looking forward to a great partnership with this company
