Lacking Basic Feature and Customer Service Failure

Fisrt, their platform LACKS the basic functionality of being able to print and send (as a .pdf or .jpg)a form once completed. Every other forms platform has this basic feature. They do not. Nor do they care. But they are happy to charge you to create a custom response that might be acceptable. For a fee.
Second, I asked if they could design a form in their system that matched the sample I sent them. They charged for the service - payable in advance - then failed to met expectations. Sort of similar, perhaps, but not the match I asked for. Titles were wrong, spacing was off, many differences. When I pointed this out, they said "they did their job." They will also claim that they "fixed the problem"... which is also incorrect. I never approved any further work on my forms, and the revised version still contained many errors and failures. It was better, but no where near "fixed." Their complete failure to a) recognize the failures and b) accept any accountability for their poor performance says a great deal about company ethics and competency.
They will also tell you that I never "complained" to them after the first form was poorly crafted. I believe in 2nd chances, and I recognized that my first form may have had formatting challenges that their platform could not accommodate. So before I called them out on their failure, I offered another opportunity (and paid for that in advance as well) with forms that had more straightforward, potentially less challenging layouts. They still failed.
And I can guarantee that whatever they say in response, nowhere will it include the admission that they do not offer the most basic of features (the ability to print the actual form) - but will instead tell how it can be (mostly) accomplished - for a fee. Nor will anyone offer an apology for their failure to meet expectations. Nor have I received, nor do I expect i will ever receive, an offer of any sort of compensation or credit for the $220 spent on forms that were poorly crafted and because of their lack of functionality, completely useless to me.
And by the way, when attempting to edit a form, many of the layout menu items are in Cyrillic, not English, further demonstrating their apathy towards customer satisfaction.

Thank you for your feedback. First, we can send a PDF in an email, but you need to customize this PDF template yourself. This template can be anything you want. It's entirely up to you. Secondly, when you sent us the form layout in Word format, we agreed to help you create such a form using our designer. We made the form and showed it to you, and you did not send us any comments about anything being wrong with the form. It is very difficult to set the correct indents in a Word document. But we never refused to bring the form to the desired result.
After you found out that we did not have a ready-made mechanism for sending an exact copy of the completed form to email, you had comments about the form, which we successfully corrected. So your review is not entirely true!

Easy to use, clear navigation, wide access to different websites and data - everything is done for convenient process and work. One of the best platforms I've worked with so far. Thank you!
