Formal Dress Shop, since the first time I asked and emailed a question I have had an amazing experience. Bella has been an angel sent from above. I have ordered my daughter's quincenera dress and the team at Formal Dress Shop have gone way and beyond to make sure I sent them all correct measurements even insuring me to take measurements of my daughter with her heels and Pettitcoat. There team of such amazing professionals have been emailing me and assuring me that according to the measurements I sent them the dress I chose to order should be a perfect fit.

I will send pics and add to this review once I have recieved the dress but for now I am totally amazed at their attention to detail and how they have been totally engaged with me through this process.

I truly reccomend anyone looking for a formal gown, prom dress,Quincenera dress to go online and see there many beautul selections and trust that if you have any questions they will email you back, you will be surprised!

Customer service is great. A big selection of beautiful dresses. Reasonably priced. I picked out a Jovani dress that I’m very happy with. Definitely going back again.

Absolutely obsessed with this dress. The quality exceeded my expectations — the fabric feels luxurious, the fit is incredibly flattering, and the craftsmanship is beautiful. It arrived quickly and looked exactly like the photos (if not better). I felt so confident wearing it. Highly recommend!

The customer service was top notch! Delivery was quick and the prices were very reasonable.

I ordered a very expensive dress for homecoming Court. I ordered a size 8. They sent the wrong size. I had to pay $180 for alterations because I only 3 days to get it altered to fit as homecoming was on Friday.. I emailed the company and told the wrong dress size was sent. Their response was you ordered a 8 and a size 8 was sent. If I took pictures of the box and the tags they would get back to me in a few days and see what they could do. I would have sent the dress back if had time but unfortunately, we didn't have time as we ordered the dress on September 16 and they didn't ship it until the 19th so we were out of time. Very disappointed in the whole transaction.

If you are looking for a dress for any reason, consider this company!! From their dresses to their customer service. They are amazing!! I ended up with 3 dresses because I could not chose 1. I had to exchange one that was too big and needed it quickly so I could get it hemmed. They made it all happen...just incredible!! Talk to Ron, he's lovely and really cares about his business and making sure you are satisfied!!

I bought 2 dresses from them on Ebay, when I went to return the label kept "dissappearing" from browser. I finally got in touch with some person using "WhatsApp" because they are not real and do not have a store in California! They are probably located in a shipping container! So 2 dresses shipped back with their label the finally provided. I went to track the dress because they claim they don't receive ...and no tracking available for it! they are scam labels knowing you can't track it! Paypal did nothing to help ...they protect the asian cheaters that are screwing this country! Ebay sucks too! They just protect the con artists!

My friend bought me a suit from this place for their sister's wedding because I was "taking too long" even though the wedding was still 3 months away. I've never bought a suit online so I thought it was a horrible idea, but it fit great and I was shocked when they told me in was only $150 cause it seems like good quality to me.
