Good overall low-code tool
Building a form for a company that needs to digitize a large number of forms quickly. This tool is helping us do that. It's simple to create a new form and there are enough resources to help modify and imbed the form. I am not a developer and I have gotten a good hang of it.
I'm very impressed with the tool so far however, we have yet to test it on an enterprise level. A highlight of this company is the customer service, it is exceptional. I have asked for a variety of technical support and all f my questions were methodically answered. Great software, and a damn good customer experience.

formio.js: great framework, friendly company
We are using formio.js embedded into our application. The framework is powerful, stable and made available for developers under MIT license.
We are not commercial users,nevertheless formio representatives have always been helpful and friendly when we reached out with questions. So far a purely positive experience.

Form.io was built specifically to be used by developers who are building their own complex form-based business process workflow applications/platforms, and to be fully integrated on the front end, as well as on the server side of the equation. We function as a white labeled "form platform within a platform".
Form.io is very different then other form-building solutions, and I'd be pleased to have a chance to provide you a technical demonstration some time. Our form building process creates a JSON schema rather than an HTML form. This JSON is used by the app on the front end to render the form directly embedded, and is used to define the API on the server side. Both happen in the same moment while you are building a form, so you're essentially building an API behind the scenes without knowing it rather than just a form. Nobody else does this in the way that we do, and it's powerful. Powerful because it opens up the door for some important capabilities for developers within the app especially those requiring full mobilization / offline mode, and also with the API data management side as well.

Robust Online Form and API data management platform
We have been integrating form.io into a bespoke knowledge management application. Form.io is a really innovative and robust platform to integrate drag-and-drop built forms (with an associated API) into our application. Additionally, the fact that form.io open sources its core platform, really gives peace of mind about how best to use formio now and in the future. Ps. I have read feedback to another Trustpolit review that formio is working on updating its documentation. That is great news. Improved and updated formio documentation and examples would be awesome.

A Great Partner
Form.io has proven to be a surprisingly flexible, adaptive, and intelligent partner in our relationship.
