They don't care about their customers!
This company has created a "beautiful" image for itself however the insides are rotten. Besides the overpriced clothing, cheap quality, and lack of inclusive sizing and model representation, After shopping with them for many years, I have got to stop drinking the koolaid and admit that this company doesn't give 2 shi about their returning customers. I had a technical issue with entering a promocode. Essentially, my promo code had worked and as I was clicking the purchase button the promocode quickly vanished and FL&L charged me full price! I quickly emailed customer service explaining the issue however they were unhelpful saying there was nothing they could do, nor refund me the amount that my promocode discounted. I get the vibe that they're greedy and they're doing the absolute minimum when it comes to customer service. In fact, I got the impression that they wanted to make it so difficult for me to get my money back that they suggested unnecessary obstacles such as canceling my entire order. Why should I have to do the work? I am giving YOU money, WAY more money than what your company deserves. I mean lets face it they are overcharging bras that are work $25 up to $200. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth. There's either a technical bug on their checkout page (which they refuse to check out btw) or their system is designed to erase promocodes to charge customers full price....... oh and btw to even get a promocode for this store is also extremely difficult. It's soooo rare to even get 10% off ..... they are very stingy. I would not recommend buying from them.

Made a return on an outfit I decided against for an event- same packaging and tags on. They sent me a picture with no stain and said they are going to charge me a restocking fee for damage. Awful customer service and such scammers.
For Love & Lemons is a scam
For Love & Lemons is a scam. They sent me an incomplete order(I ended up returning two items bc they were terrible quality), then told me to file a dispute instead of helping me directly. After following their instructions, the dispute was denied probably because they lied and said everything was delivered but did not keep in account any of the things I have told them, I had gotten the package partially opened by my neighbor.
They’re dishonest, slow, and completely useless once they have your money. No apology, no accountability, no real customer service.
This company is terrible, the quality of the clothes are absolutely terrible. The customer service is terrible, and useless. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I bought a yerse blouse on sale in this shop It is really good quality, fits beautifully and I’m really pleased with my shopping experience
I found Bex really helpful and friendly
I will definitely shop here again
Terrible experience
They issued my refund faster than their normal timeline but that's the only good thing in this experience.
Sizing is off : the dress in small was impossible to put on, the dress in medium was gigantic. Their size chart is off too by the way.
But the worst part is they don't refund the total amount paid (even when they promise they will because you placed 2 orders in a 10 days timeline to get your hand on the product before it runs out of stock). I got 600$ out of my pocket and none of the dresses fit (mind you I don't have atypical measurements, every other brand on earth fits me in size small).
Exchanges are not an option (btw I live in France so it's even more complicated to reorder) even when they sell products in a size that doesn't match their size chart.
This will be the last time I order on their website.
I ordered from For Love & Lemons and…
I ordered from For Love & Lemons and never received my package. The delivery confirmation had a signature that wasn’t mine. I contacted their customer service multiple times and was only offered a replacement or store credit — for a product I never received.
I sent a final request on June 6th, asking for a refund, and they have completely ignored me since. I would not recommend ordering from them if you’re an international customer — the risk is not worth it.
Ehhhhh
Well, I’ve always enjoyed their designs in the past. I feel like they’ve become quite cheap looking. Not to mention, regardless what you think, clothing companies that mainly use polyester or other toxic man-made materials are definitely not “luxury”
I went to purchase something last night, a pair of high waisted knickers for 35.00 at final sale. Upon checking out it was almost 60.00 after shipping, “package protection” and tax. Thats insane. I have quite a few dresses and lingerie…. only one item is actually cotton… knickers.🙄

Avid shopper here who only leaves positive reviews but I have never been more disappointed by the quality of a brand. Even H&M does better. Absolutely not worth the price. Such a shame because items are quite unique with cute patterns.
Lovely quality and swift delivery
Lovely quality and swift delivery, even outside of US. The sizing can be a bit of a guessing game though.
I bought the Snowflake Sequin Maxi…
I bought the Snowflake Sequin Maxi Dress for over $600 it is the cheapest construction and fabric, absolutely appalling. The cut of the top of the dress is completely different than in the photos, such poor practice
I love this company
I love this company, I had bought some beautiful dresses, yes they are pricey so I only buy them when they go on sale.
For reference I’m size small or size 4, but with them I order medium!!!
Beautiful higher end clothing and lingerie
Oh my god, I honestly can't believe there are so many negative reviews!! Thank god this was a brand sold at Victoria secret therefor I trusted it to be ledgit, because reading the reviews only would have convinced me otherwise and I would have missed out on some delightful pieces.... Yes their stuff is very (too) expensive, I agree. But jeez, it's not like they're not upfront about it. You get to chose whether or not you want to buy. You don't get to write a once star review because it falls out of your budget... As for the quality, I'm flabbergasted again by the negative reviews as all the items I've repeatedly bought from for love & lemons have all been absolutely beautiful and good quality. You can't find that sort of aesthetic in regular stores. So you get what you pay for basically. Yes the shipping is slow, but again, giving a 1 star review for that purpose?? Learn to be patient. I've personnaly had no issues with them, the clothes or the package tracking. Probably because I'm smart enough to understand what final sale means. They regularly have pieces go on sale (even includes new models) for 30% which I enjoy very much because yes the price tag is expensive for the working class which I am part of. I really find fantastic that they offer smaller sizes with bigger breast plates! (S-DD) As far as not using varied size models..... Not all companies do and most didn't until recently. I'm personally not upset about it. It allows me to see exactly how it falls, and having shopped like this my whole life, I actually find it easier to tell what will and won't fit because model bodies are usually consistent which is HELPFUL. I'm not skinny but I know my body enough to be able to tell what will fit and what won't which is very important for a good online shopping experience. I actually don't like the new trend with bigger models because then it's a free for all guessing game in terms of how well you can determine if the clothes will fit you or not. I can more easily compare with the "traditional" model traits ; tall, skinny, long torso, long legs, small boobs and waist. You take it into consideration when you shop for a body that doesn't have the same traits. Ex: I have a short and wide torso, therefor if a top looks like a decent length for the model, I know it will be too long for me. VS if it's short on the models torso, it will be the perfect length. Because of my wide torso, I know that if it looks baggy on a mannequin, it will be a terrible fit for me. When the model sizes all vary, you can't do that anymore. Which is fine if you fall on a model that has your body type, not so much if she doesn't. At least this way, it's consistent. Anyway nothing new, just part of the game. I have to say though, that it would be helpful if they added the sizing the model wears in the pics. Would be even more helpful in terms of comparison (hopefully they see this and add that information in the future). I personally love their stuff (maybe not all the funky stuff but that's me. They have a wide selection to fit different styles) and I will def continue shopping there.
Awful Shipping
I would make sure to allot 3-4 weeks for the shipping to get to you. Their shipping policy says "2-5 business days" for the order to ship, it's been 7. Better yet, customer service said it would ship in the next 5-10 business days. Genuinely ridiculous that you have to pay 10 dollars for this awful shipping. I would purchase elsewhere quite frankly.
2025 shipping nightmare
Update - reached out to them and got response for shipping. If you’re having issues make sure to email their customer service.
Was part of the new years sale, placed order on Jan 1 and said package would be shipped after the 13th due to inventory count. They said on their announcement that it’s being processed based on the timeframe of order placement. It’s already the 20th and still no shipping notification from them and no follow ups. I have seen other people having the same issue too and there is no official response from them. People commented on instagram but they straight ignored us. I am only giving them 2 stars because I purchased from them 2 years ago and they were ok back then. I’m really frustrated with them now. I bet that the reason they are ignoring customers who placed orders on sale items because are trying to work on PRing their issue with LA fire relief based on the comments I saw on Instagram. They must’ve thought that PRing is more important than customers.
Beware of conversion rates
Tried making a purchase for $210, then when checking out it was converted to £210 as I'm in the UK instead of the corresponding £170 based on conversion rates, that's just stealing money.
Disappointed on package and quality
I’ve been hearing about this brand forever and I’ve always loved their designs. My birthday is in one month and I was looking for a special dress. I happened to find the perfect one on their website and it was at the final sale cost — thus with a good discount. I would’ve never spent 200/300$ on a dress online, so I was happy to pay it around 70$ (the original price was around 250$). I received the order in just one week which is crazy if we think that I live in Europe. I was therefore satisfied with the service but pretty much disappointed with the package and quality. The dress came folded when I thought it would have had a proper box at least. It only had a plastic bag instead, and I was surprised since the dress was supposed to be delicate and I would’ve have expected it to have a proper package considering the price as well, and the aesthetic of the brand. I would have also expected a cute card inside the package but it was the most basic standard package ever, which is fine, this is not that important, just an observation.
But the real problem in my opinion is the quality. My dress was full of creases and maybe even because of that, but the fabric seemed very cheap at first sight. Even by touching the dress and touching the lace fabric, you can easily understand that it is not well made. I saw that they are made in China, so basically it is exactly like buying on Shein or websites like that. I will keep the dress because I like it and I like the style, but to say that it doesn’t seem cheap (as it probably is) it would be a lie. I’m just disappointed because prices should be reflected by quality. Putting those prices won’t help you selling more — it’ll help you lose costumers since I’m not buying there anymore for sure. I know places where I can spend the same amount in exchange of something really well made and of good quality.
I had the best customer service…
I had the best customer service experience. I ordered a gown from their anniversary sale and realized I ordered the wrong color! I reached out and asked if it was possible to send back to exchange. They confirmed my order had not been shipped out yet and cancelled the wrong order, emailed me a link with the new gown (honoring the sale price) and included expedited shipping. I am really impressed by the level of service. Thank you!!!

Cute stuff but takes an eternity to receive the package. 2 weeks is absurd from the time you order to actually having it in your hands. Based on that I will no longer order from them.
I'm writing to express my extreme…
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order. I purchased a lingerie set, but unfortunately, the top was too large. I followed the return instructions and sent the top back for an exchange.
After receiving confirmation that they had received my return, I was informed that the replacement top is no longer available. A week after I returned it. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the set was designed to be worn together.
