I didn't get what I ordered instead I got a message that the courier was here BT never came,so that's the reason am not interested anymore

My old ass accidentally bought a membership thinking it was a dang coffe machine, rest assured i was going bonkers, but a nice agent helped me cancel it and gave me my refund with no trouble at all.
Lovely experience overall.

This merchant responded to my request almost immediately and solved my concerns without question and handled it with ease and sufficiently. They also made a provision to refund the amount taken from my bank account. I was extremely happy with their prompt service in handling my request for cancellation

I noticed that Kitchen Go has charged my card without my consent. There have also been several attempts to withdraw more money, which is very concerning. I have never used your services and did not agree to any subscription.

I kindly ask for a full refund of the amounts that were charged and that my subscription (if any) be canceled immediately. I do not wish to use this service, especially since the charges are quite high and unexpected.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I was able to get a 100% refund without any hassle. My agent (Declare) was very polite and helpful, I would 100% recommend him to any person who needs to be assisted.
