I was assisted by Nelly at House and Home Tygervaley in buying a new stove. She was awesome! Such a great experience and kind, helpful, fast service and delivery and best ever after care. She checked in to see whether everything was satisfactory. I was pleasantly surpriced, great abassador for House and Home!

Best price on the web. Items arrived within three days of placing order, were extremely well packed. My only gripe is that after placing the order and paying with pay pal I did not receive any confirmation of my order or dispatch details whatsoever hence the four stars otherwise very pleased.

I placed an order on 7 April. I am yet to receive an email confirmation. Most retailers would send email confirmation within minutes of placing an order. I sent an email this morning to kyle using the email address shown on my PayPal receipt. Waiting to see if I get a response and some indication when my delivery may arrive. I have heard absolutely nothing since placing the order. This is becoming a cause for concern. Update - order received within 7 days.

Five star quality, five star service, five stars for staff attitude, five star for speed of arrival.

Plus an additional Five stars because it looks great on my bed.

I had ordered the same product from the for House and Home twice before in 2016 and 2017 without any issues and the package arrived promptly within two days.
Then I ordered the same item again on 17.12.2019 and after 7 working days I still didn't receive my package. A note then appeared in my post saying that it was left ?in a green rubbish bin? outside of my house 10 days ago!!??
When I called the house and home customer service, they didn't apologise for the delay and made excuses about this kind of service.
Very disappointing and now I have to waste my time again contacting for House and Home to get my money back.

My first experience with this company and for sure it won't be my last!
Delivery was very fast and arrived the next day, even with free standard shipping!
The products were excellent and the lowest priced I could find as well as being well packaged for shipment.

Ordered some plates from the Denby range; wonderful customer service, prompt replies from their team and they were very helpful as well. Plates arrived in one day with standard delivery, all safe and sound. Will definitely be using them again.

Having viewed the ' For House and Home ', website I decided to place an Order with them. I am pleased that I chose to do so.
The ordering process I found to be easy and straight forward. Delivery time, although not as rapid as other companies I have dealt with, I found it to be acceptable. All in all, I will consider purchasing from this company once again.
