Hers is a women's health company. Women's health has been under-researched, under-explained and too often dismissed — so we built a service that starts by taking women seriously. Our clinical team specialises in women's health: gynaecologists, NHS GPs, dietitians and nutritionists who understand how hormones, weight, sleep and energy connect, and who see these conditions every day. We offer online care pathways for weight loss, hair loss, PMOS (formerly PCOS), endometriosis, and perimenopause and menopause. Everything begins with an online consultation, whenever suits you — no referral, no waiting room. A UK-registered clinician reviews your health history and, where treatment is clinically appropriate, personalises a plan around you. Any treatment is delivered to your door in discreet packaging, and your care team stays with you throughout, with ongoing support and progress tracking in the Hers app. We won't promise a quick fix. What we will do is look at the whole picture, explain what's happening in your body, and build your care around it — because these things rarely have a single cause. Treatment is subject to an online consultation and is only provided where clinically appropriate.

Great experience so far, with superb customer service. The care+ option is a God send. Having a team behind to help set goals and guide you through the whole process of weight loss is definitely something I’d missed out on with other companies. Hers recognises that it’s not just having injections, it’s about using the injection as tool whilst they help you gain skills and habits you need to ensure you can maintain weight loss long term 10/10
