I've done many programs and events around improving yourself, The Hero's Journey holds you accountable and makes sure you do the work. I've engaged Michael in other areas with impressive results.

Being an effective coach is much more than having the title, it is the life experience and being able to consistently deliver results, this is what made me decide to work with Michael.

I have been a part of multiple different containers in Forging Excalibur, and each one I step into is more potent and powerful than the last. The way that Michael designed these containers and provides the coaching support alongside, is one of the best I have ever been a part of (and I've been in a lot). There is no doubt in my mind that stepping into this space will immediately change any mans life if they allow it to.

The team at forging excalibur have put together a great training and development program. The pace of the program and is laid out in a progressive manner to build upon.
With the mix of online training, courses and challenges I found myself in a regular cycle of outside of my comfort zone, challenge, understand, grow, repeat.
The trainers were thoughtful in their direction and responses but also held me to high accountability and commitment. I would definitely recommend it for any bloke wanting to learn more about himself and set himself up for future growth.

I had previously completed the ‘initiation’ at self paced after reading Forging Excalibur. This was a great insight into my psychology but only as far as my current awareness would take me.

I then had the chance to join the ‘inner circle’ delivered live, which incorporated all trainings I wanted to work through at a discounted price.

I have just completed the ‘Initiation’ again but delivered live and let me tell you the difference was huge compared to my first understanding of the work. Having Michael teach me into my facing my uncomfortable areas of psychology and life has greatly impacted my results in life, by letting go and releasing. I am now more conscious with my thoughts and understanding their effects, becoming more present with my day and social interactions, having clearer deeper communication with my partner and kids to the effect of us no longer arguing simply being more clear and understanding of each other’s needs and boundaries. This also has transferred to my career and forming a great foundation for creating and living my true purposeful life.

Having taken arms to dive deeper around my own masculinity to better my relationship with a partner and find a deeper sense of purpose beyond just running a business, I can honestly say that I have truly found what it takes to take lead and be the man I am today and how I show up to my partner through the learnings I gained from doing the heroes journey. It's a daily practice onwards which only strengthens the core of the teachings. I highly recommend anyone looking to find deeper sense of self as a man, whether it's for purpose or for love, to invest into the FE experience!

The Forging Excalibur team and the community they have set up is amazing. I have completed The Knight's Code and The Hero's Journey, and can honestly say doing so has changed my life forever. It was Great to Connect to Like Minded Gentlemen who could openly speak to each other about their daily lives on what they were struggling with Day to Day. Having said that working with the Mentors at Forging Excalibur everyone was equally and had the openly opportunity the situation which they were going through. The program I completed was more than enough but there is so much more. The weekly catch ups and tasks at hand gave you the accountability to step up. Every one has their own story. It takes you on a journey . What I got out of it was Breakthrough. Champion me to believe in myself. From being unemployed to leading 300 employees in a Role I thoroughly enjoy. Today I am a Safety Compliance OSA. With one of the Biggest Transport Companies in the world today. Never Give up . Believe and you will Succeed and Achieve.
