Paid with Scalapay, never received my order

I placed an order on November 30 and paid using Scalapay. Today is January 13 and I still have not received anything.

Two installments have already been taken from my account, but I never received the products. I did not receive any tracking number, no shipping confirmation, and no real response from the company.

I contacted Forevhair by phone and WhatsApp. I only received an automatic reply saying they would respond, but nobody actually did.

This is a very bad experience and I am now forced to open a dispute with Scalapay to get my money back. I do not recommend this company.
