We purchased wedding rings advertised…

We purchased wedding rings advertised as 18K gold, expecting durability and quality suitable for everyday wear. Unfortunately, after a very short time, the rings tarnished and lost their original appearance, which is extremely disappointing for such an important and sentimental item.

Genuine 18K gold should not tarnish this quickly under normal use. ( Comparing it to the other jewelries I bought in UAE-Dubai which sells real Gold) This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the product description and overall quality. If it’s PURE GOLD, why do they have to give a cleaning kit? We expected honesty, especially considering the significance of wedding rings.

We hope the seller takes responsibility as this experience did not meet our expectations.
