Proper "good old fashioned service"
From the get go...the phone is answered by an actual person who has real life knowledge and experience relating to the tool.
Had this not been the case I definitely would have ordered the wrong replacement part.
Plus, the tool in question is about 40 years old and he was able to translate the required part into the current equivalent. This is possible only with extensive knowledge and experience. Grateful thanks because it saved me the time, trouble and expense of returning an unsuitable part. A very efficient postage system with clear and accurate communication. Service and efficiency are not dead. Sadly few businesses like this any longer. I have no reservations in recommending highly.
