A money-making Scheme!

A money-making Scheme is what they are running in my experience! I came to replace a fallen filling and get a non-invasive treatment. After examining my tooth, Dr Dzhukha assured me it was possible and recommended Dr Kasteridis, presenting him as a specialist for non-invasive, tooth-preserving dentistry. Dr Dzhukha and I discussed a detailed plan, which I questioned thoroughly. Instead of having me sign the agreed plan at the clinic, she told me she would email it to me immediately after the session. Trusting the clinic, I did not double-check the attachment right away. Only after my first treatment, when things seemed very wrong, did I discover that the plan emailed under my name was completely different: it specified an E-max crown.
And things did seem very wrong during my treatment with Dr Kasteridis. He drilled and drilled and drilled, until the entire tooth was gone (less than 1mm remaining). Throughout the treatment, he was constantly touching my face, keeping his fingers on my lips, and wiping saliva from his finger against the edge of my lip. He pressed my lip so hard against the edge of my front teeth that I could barely stop myself from crying out. Afterwards, he explicitly told me that even if I was in severe pain, I should "not get the idea of calling him," and just take the antibiotics he prescribed “just in case”. When I got home after the treatment, I also discovered that the outer walls of three molars next to the treated tooth had been ground down. These teeth were not supposed to be treated at all.
I came to this practice prepared to pay whatever was necessary to get the non-invasive treatment I was promised. Instead, I ended up with damage to three molars and lost a tooth that other dentists (in two parallel consultations) had assessed as only needing a filling replacement — something I could easily have had done elsewhere. I now have a badly shaped composite overlay. Large gaps around it constantly trap food and cause recurring inflammation. And because the tooth was almost entirely taken down, it is now difficult to restore properly, as I was told by other dentists. After the treatment, I raised a case with the Dental Complaints Service and spoke to a Complaints Officer a few times, but they closed my case soon after, claiming they had failed to reach me by phone on a couple of occasions ... Because of this experience, I no longer have my teeth treated in the UK.

Came to the rescue when a front crown fell out!

When a front crown fell out at 6.30pm on a Thursday evening and my regular dentist was away until the following Tuesday what was I to do? I have a customer facing job and couldn't spend the next 4 days hiding at home with an unsightly gap in my mouth. A search for emergency dentist came up with Forest and Ray who were able to make me an appointment with Dr Nick at 8.30pm. In spite of the late hour Dr Nick was able to make and fit a temporary crown while taking a cast for a permanent one which was fitted two weeks later. He took a great deal of care on both occasions. I have a very small mouth so am not the easiest person for a dentist to work on but Dr Nick was patient, gentle and thorough. The fee was high but I realise that I was paying for emergency work carried out at unsociable hours. Although I couldn't afford these prices regularly I would definitely recommend contacting Forest and Ray in an emergency if you have the funds.

I call them and I told them I need a filling . On Website price £135 . I got a treatment 20min the most basic filling... they charge me £197 plus they take the deposit £69 for consultation what never happened 😒 so just be careful any price on the website maybe double or more. Treatment was good but buisness model... I am not sure so many people going back for a second treatment...

Orthodontics treatment

Would definitely recommend for orthodontics treatment. I did a lot of research on both Invisalign vs Sparks and also which doctor I wanted to work with. The team was great Cristiana accommodated me very quickly, I really trust Dr Lydia, very smooth and straightforward process, and also very reasonably priced compared to others I had researched.
