I’ve had a really positive experience with Foresters Financial. All of the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. In particular, Gary was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.

What really stands out about Foresters Financial is the strong morals and values behind the company. It’s clear they genuinely care about their members and operate with integrity, which makes a huge difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a financial organisation they can truly trust.

Mark gave me the information and advice I was after very clearly and ensured that I understood all that he was saying throughout.
My options were set out in a very non-pressured environment which gave me the confidence to make a well informed choice, which was still my own.

Forester's has the worst customer service I have come across. We have been trying to access my daughter's baby bond funds since late 2023 and still NOTHING. Please do not tell me to write to service@foresters as we have done that over and over again. Emails take days to be responded to and then when we send what is asked for, a week later, we get another email asking for something else. We keep getting asked to call but when we try, the calls don't connect (we are not in the UK). Foresters are not willing to call us. We want this resolved. We are planning to take this further with the ombudsman as it is beyond outrageous how we are being treated.

Always very clear and passionate re the advice given. The long standing connection with a Forester's advisor who has good contextual awareness of client and family is a key reason for maintaining our products with the organisation. E.g. Provided my newly adult Daughter with a clear explanation of how ISA funds work and how they can benefit a young person in preparing for their future. Got them set up as independent saver in minutes. Also provides great support in relation to the added benefits of being a member of Foresters community e.g. the GO app which does encourage a positive mindset and enthusiasm for health and wellbeing in a network of like minded people.

Friendly, professional, and informative - I received all the information I needed to help me make an informed decision about investing.
