SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I felt I had to. FOREO has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The brand sells itself as “premium,” but the moment something goes wrong, they completely vanish.

My device stopped working while it was still under warranty. I sent every single thing they asked for: invoice, photos, videos, serial number, screenshots, all the troubleshooting steps they wanted me to do. Each reply took days, sometimes almost a week, and every message seemed designed to drag things out instead of actually helping.

What’s even worse is that their own website showed my warranty as active, my claim was marked as received and pending, and several of their support agents told me outright that I would be getting a replacement. Everything looked clear and straightforward.

Then suddenly, everything flipped. Out of nowhere, they told me the warranty wouldn’t apply. Their excuse? An “internal purchase date” that doesn’t match my invoice, doesn’t match what the app shows, doesn’t match anything. A completely different date that only they can see and that they conveniently use to deny the claim. Meanwhile, all the official proof shows the opposite.

After reading other people’s reviews, I realized this wasn’t an isolated case. So many customers describe the exact same pattern:

– painfully slow responses,
– repeated requests for documents already sent,
– different agents saying completely different things,
– replacements promised but never delivered,
– claims dragged out until the warranty expires,
– refusals based on strange internal information no customer can verify.

It’s always the same story. They welcome you when you’re buying something, but the moment you need help, they make everything complicated and unclear. Considering how expensive their products are, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

What bothers me the most is that the whole process feels intentionally difficult. They acknowledge your warranty, then backtrack. They confirm a replacement, then deny it. They use internal “data” that contradicts your actual receipt. In the end, you’re left with a broken device and no solution.

For a brand that markets itself as luxury and high-end, this is embarrassing. I genuinely regret buying from them. The negative reviews I had seen before suddenly make perfect sense—people weren’t exaggerating at all.

If you’re hesitating about buying a FOREO device, learn from my mistake. The products don’t last, and the company does not stand behind its warranty. Save yourself the headache and avoid this brand.

The worst customer experience of my life. Avoid this brand at all costs.

I have never been this disgusted by a so-called “premium” brand.

FOREO has given me the most miserable customer experience I’ve ever had.

My LUNA 4 stopped working, so I contacted customer service while my warranty was still valid. I sent everything they asked for: videos, photos, proof of purchase, serial number, detailed explanations, every technical step they wanted me to try. I did absolutely everything.

That’s when the nightmare started.
FOREO takes almost a week to reply to every single message.

Every reply sends you back to yet another pointless step that changes nothing and that I had already completed. It’s endless, exhausting, and completely unnecessary.

The delays are so consistent and so unreasonable that it genuinely feels like they’re trying to drag things out until the warranty expires.

The most shocking part is that their own platform showed my device as:
“Claimed / Pending — 2 Year Warranty.”

In other words, my claim was fully registered and valid within the warranty period.

And yet, somehow, they still tried to refuse the warranty by referring to a date inside their app that users can manually change.

The logic behind that is absolutely unbelievable.

The fact that a “premium” brand would even attempt to use a modifiable date to deny a claim is deeply concerning.

You pay a premium price for what you think is a premium product.
But the moment something goes wrong, all that “premium” disappears.

What’s left is a customer service team that drags its feet, goes in circles, wastes your time, and ultimately leaves you completely disappointed.

After this experience, one thing is certain:
Never again. FOREO is finished for me.

And I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to stay away.

The brand excels at marketing, but when it comes to taking responsibility, it’s a complete failure.
Save yourself the frustration. Truly.

Faulty products after one month sent with faulty replacements sent, you would expect more for £179 toothbrush - they should be ashamed

I have purchased almost every one of their products, which are not cheap.

The past 4 I have been sent are faulty. They have done minimal motions to resolve the issues. It took hours of literal back and worth emails despite videos showing toothbrush did not work in order for them to SEND ME A BROKEN REPLACEMENT £179 toothbrush.

They should be embarrassed.

Great company who has stopped caring about consumer. Will post videos and correspondence as possible for clarity of what to expect with them.
