SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I felt I had to. FOREO has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The brand sells itself as “premium,” but the moment something goes wrong, they completely vanish.
My device stopped working while it was still under warranty. I sent every single thing they asked for: invoice, photos, videos, serial number, screenshots, all the troubleshooting steps they wanted me to do. Each reply took days, sometimes almost a week, and every message seemed designed to drag things out instead of actually helping.
What’s even worse is that their own website showed my warranty as active, my claim was marked as received and pending, and several of their support agents told me outright that I would be getting a replacement. Everything looked clear and straightforward.
Then suddenly, everything flipped. Out of nowhere, they told me the warranty wouldn’t apply. Their excuse? An “internal purchase date” that doesn’t match my invoice, doesn’t match what the app shows, doesn’t match anything. A completely different date that only they can see and that they conveniently use to deny the claim. Meanwhile, all the official proof shows the opposite.
After reading other people’s reviews, I realized this wasn’t an isolated case. So many customers describe the exact same pattern:
– painfully slow responses,
– repeated requests for documents already sent,
– different agents saying completely different things,
– replacements promised but never delivered,
– claims dragged out until the warranty expires,
– refusals based on strange internal information no customer can verify.
It’s always the same story. They welcome you when you’re buying something, but the moment you need help, they make everything complicated and unclear. Considering how expensive their products are, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
What bothers me the most is that the whole process feels intentionally difficult. They acknowledge your warranty, then backtrack. They confirm a replacement, then deny it. They use internal “data” that contradicts your actual receipt. In the end, you’re left with a broken device and no solution.
For a brand that markets itself as luxury and high-end, this is embarrassing. I genuinely regret buying from them. The negative reviews I had seen before suddenly make perfect sense—people weren’t exaggerating at all.
If you’re hesitating about buying a FOREO device, learn from my mistake. The products don’t last, and the company does not stand behind its warranty. Save yourself the headache and avoid this brand.
