My daughter gave me the Luna 4 for Christmas and within two weeks it stopped working. It wouldn’t charge or turn on. I emailed FOREO and the warranty claim was processed very quickly. Danny was an absolutely pleasure to deal with! Will continue to buy from this company!

I got my Foreo almost 2 years ago and it is suddenly not working anymore. Luckily, I still have my warranty and Danny has helped me to work through the process really quickly! I'm now waiting for my replacement now! First time I see profuct's warranty is helpful:) I don't have to pay for another $400 machine anymore.

I bought the FAQ 202 mask, and after about a month I experienced an issue with charging. I contacted the company under warranty to ask for help.
Patrick supported me in the fastest and most comfortable way possible. After a short exchange, he quickly arranged a replacement for the mask.

My Foreo Luna 4 unfortunately stopped working after two years, and even though the warranty had expired, Foreo's support team was very accommodating, which I found absolutely exceptional.the support team responded extremly understanding and friendly in record time - within an hour! Very impressive!

I got the device, it doesn’t work and I contact FOREO team. Taylor was trying to help me troubleshoot and still doesn’t work then he show me how to fill in the warranty form to get the new one. After filled in the form, Pamela quickly solved my issue and I just got the new device is working perfectly. This is good product to try and very good customer services. I just bought Luna 4 and the plastic box it came in was broken and cracked. For such an expensive product why is the quality of the box so poor. Is it possible to send another box for storage? I just tried the product but very disappointing the storage box cracked and broken on arrival. I would advice upgrading the quality of the box.
I have been intouch with your the live chat, either the product is faulty or its not possible to change the massage settings on the app. I defaults back to 1 every time and as you are aware its not possible to use the massage without the app. I am considering returning the product for one that does not force me to use a app to get a massage. Or else the device I purchased does not work very well

I have had FOREO products for years and recently purchased the Luna 3 Plus.
The product itself is great, but every time you log into the app, you are surfaced a 5 second ad. You then land on the main page which has a second ad.
For a product that also promotes wellness, its frustrating to be upsold/sold to each time I want to use one of the specific features on my device, such as the massage function (which is one of the main reasons I purchased it).
