I wanted to give ZERO stars but could not. Foreclosure academy defrauded me and did not honor their refund policy.
I was aggressively coerced into buying fast track (which I could not afford). I told the sales agent that I work 3 jobs just to make ends meet after losing my job for a long period of time during Covid and I was in great debt. I was NOT an easy sell and after 5 calls, they convinced me to charge $7000 for fast track on my credit card suggested I quit my extra jobs to focus on this because they were SO CONFIDENT that in 90 days this program would pay for itself and make me money. They told me the only students that fail are the students that don’t follow the program. I cried with the academy- I was vulnerable and explained my hardships and that I’m raising 2 autistic toddlers and can’t afford this financial risk. They heard my story and my pain and still guaranteed me that I would not lose money and guaranteed me a refund if I wasn’t successful.
I followed the program exceptionally well and was a STAR STUDENT! And I never made a single dollar. I didn’t quit, I continuously pivoted strategies and asked for help and was engaged with the coaches and did above and beyond what’s expected in this program. I invested over $12k in this program between the course, fast track and paying for a VA for a full year and I never even got a warm lead.
I asked for my refund and the academy sent me an email acknowledging all my hard work in the program and DENIED MY REFUND!
I truly hate these people for what they did to me. I don’t even write reviews but this program infuriates me to my core. My life is WORSE after joining and there is nothing I can do about it except warn others to STAY AWAY! I also know SEVERAL students from my same cohort who were hard working with similar vulnerable stories and were not successful and were not granted their refund either.

Customer Service is horrible. I didn't get a follow-up call to cancel. I had to get my bank involved to cancel the service. They also tried to charge twice. This was a very bad experience. Move on I didn't even want to I've one star.

After watching the Foreclosure Academy video, I emailed them asking why the checks they showed were 5-8 years old! They also talk a lot about the pandemic, and it's been over for quite some time! They responded that the reason the checks they show are old is because they have to get authorization to share images of the recent checks. That shouldn't take 5-8 years! Buyer Beware!

I read the reviews and they are definitely interesting. However! I believe its the company itself that sucks LOL I have been in this arena for quite sometime 1999 initially just dibble dabbling. Had no clue and no success. So I did as the other fella said. "Tapped Out" But, I got back into it on my own (which you can do BTW) Just has a lot of paperwork and the first few months require some grinding to get the correct documents and state laws. Personally, if I had to do it over again I would have simply dropped money into one of these stupid programs to get the system and forms/contracts. THE FORMS AND CONTRACTS ARE THE MONEY MAKERS. Figuring out the system as well. If you have an entrepreneur's drive, (and programs like this one hopes you don't. LOL Unfortunately) You can get your money back on one deal. With that said if you've already spent your money. Don't let the screwed up customer service and failed attempts discourage you. THIS IS A VERY LUCRATIVE ARENA. If you get at minimum the forms and the system. The leads don't need to be purchased a trip to any county court record for foreclosures as well as realtors office is sufficient. Get your feet wet with those. My first hurdle! I wasn't verifiable as a legit business. I got a lot of. "Who the heck are you" "Why should I trust you" "Why do I need you" So on and so forth! You need a legit web presence a legit business number. It will be worth its weight in gold.
Took me 19k and 7 months to make my first 40k not having a freaking clue. 2nd deal 29 days 15k (No additional money spent) It eventually gets to the "(I can do it in my sleep" stage. Bcs you hire VA's hmmmmm

They don’t tell you how difficult it is to get leads from court houses and their uncooperative staff. There is a time limit during which you can get those refunds and a lot of these houses have been bought by investors because they go cheap.
There is a lot more involved than what they are saying. It’s a lot more than 3 steps. I have bought a course from a competitor, same bs as this one, and wasted my money.

Shame on you people trying to exploit someone's good nature by telling them they could help others and make a living without being a social worker and burning out and making no money. You will reap what you've sown.

Brief response to FA’s reply below:
I did the mini course and the Fast Track Program. I know of others who did everything by the book. The 100% money back guarantee is a lie. No one got their money back. Their canned-like responses dance around specific points made by our reviews to cover themselves. Based on their responses, I firmly believe this program is now knowingly scamming others at this point. Any positive reviews found at this point are paid reviews on obscure SEO-heavy review websites.
I hope this prevents many others from investing not only money but their precious time in this program.

This program is sold as something entirely differently than what it is.
1) The market is over saturated. There are hundreds of people calling the same leads they provide to you or even the the leads you source on your own.
2) They told me this was a “business in a box” and I was told the only way I wouldn’t make money, was if I “sat and did nothing”. As a tech-savvy, business-savvy individual who spent any extra moment I had for months, I realized this was not what I signed up for.
3) Their mini-course (which was about $500) offers the bare basics and even the Fast Track option omits a TON of super important info, including the fact that so many states have serious rules about running this kind of business - so much so, if you are found making calls to people in certain states, you can get fined and charged with a misdemeanor. The Academy fails to tell you any of this and instead act as though there are endless leads to be had around the United States. Truth is, most states are not able to be worked on.
4) There is maybe 0.5% success rate and this isn’t due to lack of trying. Another friend of mine had followed everything by the book - even working SUPER closely with one of the main admins for 8 months and hasn’t hit one deal.
This business was profitable and easier at one point but now there is so much red tape and so many programs selling promises of this being a fully profitable business. Sadly, if you’re signing up now, you’ve missed the boat.
This company knowingly misrepresents the program and charges anywhere from $7,500 to over $10,000. They claim you can make the money back with one deal, knowing most will end up tapping out. They also
claim it takes thick skin and dedication but even with that, there’s a VERY small chance of you making consistent money with this program, and they know it.
I signed up thinking I’d help people and make some money at the same time. Instead, it’s been a terribly time-consuming and costly experience and one I and others, feel completely misled by. Please do not waste your money. You will regret it. I certainly do.

I saw the video and decided to invest in the course. I was very happy when I got the course because I could see immediately that it was very robust and had all the materials that I would need to get started. The coaches are happy to help answer addition questions and are always available for further support. I’ve been at this new business for 6 months now and I absolutely love it and the new income I’m making. Thank you Foreclosure Academy!!!!!

Requested refund because services were not provided as possible. Requested locations and did not provide leads for that area.
I hired a VA as suggested even they weren't able to materialize things with the shared leads between members
Overbilled one month and even that has not been refunded. Underdeveloped program. VERY small number of success stories. I believe only 1 in 3 months.
