Have called to speak with customer service a couple times and they have been super friendly and were able to help me that same day. Great customer service and course, I'm not even half way through and have learned so much! Also, have really been enjoying the free mastermind sessions, super motivating to hear all the success stories. I would recommend these guys if you are interested in this industry.

This company looks good until you pay your money. The advertisement page is false advertisement. They say what you will get but it is not true. I started in March, and started calling for my refund when I saw the lies. I spoke with one lady who asked if I wanted the fast track which cost $16,000 or another package that cost $7,000. If you do not get fast track, you will get nothing, and I mean nothing. I have not spoke with a live person since. I have been calling in and they say you can only leave a message and will have someone call you back. I have 9 calls and not one of them has been returned. They want you to learn the process off video's only. You can download anything they provide because the person doing the video's is going to fast, and even when you slow it to watch piece by piece, you have no clue what they are clicking on. They do not give good instructions, nor will you have any help from a live person. On their face book, I have posted messages but they have to view them before they will post them, and not one of my messages has ever been posted. I watch and waited for my post to go up. You will see other people saying they can't get any help, which is 100% true. I have still been trying to get my money back but I'm taking it to the BBB because they are cheating people out of money with they false advertisement, and will not respond to you so they don't have to give your money back. If I could have given them a -10 stars, they deserve it. I would say, this company is a scam. I ended up one day while on Facebook, i spoke with someone that said they use to be a mentor but left because of what the company was doing. They didn't specify, but after my experience with them, I'm sure I had it figured out. This place is a mess....don't let the bogus advertisements fool you!!!!

The first red flag that I noticed was that the checks you showed that were cashed were 5-7 years old. You blamed part of this on the pandemic and part of it on the time frame that it takes to receive authorization to share the screen shot. Seriously, 5-7 years!!! I was also disgusted when your company claims it was a ONE time fee of $497 only to find that we need to pony up thousands of additional dollars to be "fast-tracked". You should be ashamed of yourselves and everything that your "company" stands for. Apparently your company has lost its moral compass somewhere along the way or quite possibly never had a moral compass to guide you. Thank goodness I read the reviews.

My phone call was answered with a lot of experience. My questions were answered with much explanation and I felt satisfied with responses received.

I ordered the program off social media, started right away. Got a call from a gentleman the next day, I explained that I was not able to take his call and I would return it soon. He called back 7 minutes later, again explained and he said it was because I was doing the wrong work and if I just listened to him everything would be fine. Hmm. Micromanagement anyone??
The phone calls were excessive then they told me if I didn’t pay the $7000 by the end of business that they were going to report my business. Umm okay I’ll get right on that.
Whats our business you ask? A real estate law firm. What we were able to see was old information and not applicable to the public, at least in our state and the neighboring states. Not worth the 200 let alone 7k.
The response that they can not find my email is hysterical. Funny thing is they don’t combat the facts, just trying to devalue me. Didn’t work.
Seriously just stay away they absolutely are scammers.

The course provided a clear roadmap for students, guiding through every step. The CRM technology used by Foreclosure Academy was excellent, helping me reach more clients in a more effective way than what I was trying to do on my own. The coaching staff was incredibly supportive and responsive, addressing all my questions with care. They were there with me every step of the way offering me guidance and support.
The technical team was prompt and knowledgeable. The technicians possess an in-depth understanding of the technology and made sure I was fully prepared to use everything. They were consistently prompt in their responses, swiftly addressing any questions that I had.
Moreover, the CRM provided was a wonderful tool that significantly reduced my workload. It streamlined tasks and cut my time in half! I particularly appreciated the exceptional support I received as a student. The team was patient, promptly addressing any inquiries I had. The weekly coaching calls were exceptional! Their depth of knowledge and guidance in the business domain was invaluable. They really do care about their students, and you can see that they want us all to succeed!
I entered the program as a novice, barely grasping the basics, but I emerged feeling empowered and confident to tackle the challenges independently. Overall, I give them top marks! They were professional, easy to work with, and always attentive to my needs.

I signed up with Foreclosure Academy fast track program in December 2023 and by the end of February I signed enough deals to replace my investment cost. By the end of my first year while diligently applying the principles in the training material along with the advice from coaches, I tripled my initial investment. By the spring of 2025, I have already cleared 6 figures in commissions. Looking forward to continue helping people who have suffered loss regain what is rightfully theirs.

My experience with Foreclosure Academy was a changing point in my life. It allowed me to create a whole new income for myself. This business has allowed me to work for myself and make a nice income doing it. The staff and education were top notch. The education portion was thorough and everything that you need to know about the basics and foundation of the business is in the main training courses. Every time I had a question or needed help or clarification on a subject the coaches were there to answer in a short time. The coaches were there to help me with the paperwork on my first deal. Having that support made me feel like I had nothing to worry about when I submitted the paperwork on my first deal. I couldn't be happier with the level of support and knowledge that I was able to take away from the coaches who were all very knowledgeable in the surplus recovery business. The fact that all the coaches had surplus businesses of their own made me feel like I was learning the business from true professionals.

The Fast Track program really helped me get my business up and running. All of the coaches and staff are helpful and are responsive when you need assistance.

There is a lot of support for students as promised and the coaches are VERY patient.
The Leadership Mindset is a crucial piece to the training because it deals with personal and private hangups that keep us from succeeding. It helps us identify the fears that keep us back and also useful tools to see and face them with a new perspective.
I gave it a 4 because I believe that the expectation to close a deal within the time frame given at enrollment is unrealistic. Just because a handful may have closed within that time frame, it is not the norm. It puts undue stress and a sense of failure for not reaching that preset goal.

Once you learn the system, it’s great. It takes a lot longer to learn the system than you think, but the coaches are awesome.

Hello All,
Having spent my time watching the entire Foreclosure Academy video, I wanted to share my insights to spare you from a potentially lengthy investment. While the concept initially seemed interesting, I discovered a few points that might be crucial for anyone considering this program.
Pros:
1. Potential Profit: The program claims a substantial earning potential, ranging from $10k to $125k, with an average deal earning $10k. This could be appealing if the claims hold true.
2. Work from Home: The flexibility to work from home may be advantageous for individuals seeking remote opportunities.
3. Limited Competition: The program asserts that there is minimal competition, making it more accessible for participants
Cons:
1. Old Data: The presentation includes lead lists with data from 2013 to 2018, raising questions about the relevance and timeliness of the information. This could impact the effectiveness of the program.
2. High Cost: The program's price of $997 may be considered steep, especially when compared to a similar program priced at $497. Potential participants should carefully evaluate whether the value justifies the cost.
3. Legal and Ethical Considerations: While the program emphasizes legality, participants should independently verify the legal and ethical aspects of the processes involved in surplus fund recovery. This includes understanding state laws and regulations.
4. Unverified Claims: Claims of a low number of participants globally (1,500) and the absence of competition should be scrutinized for accuracy. Independent verification of such statements is advisable.
Important Considerations:
1. Research: Conduct thorough research, including independent reviews and testimonials, to gauge the experiences of previous participants.
2. Legal Consultation: Seek legal advice to ensure the program's methods align with local laws and regulations.
3. Alternative Options: Explore alternative avenues for learning about surplus fund recovery and tax foreclosures to make an informed decision.
Always approach such programs with caution, critically evaluating claims and conducting due diligence before making any financial commitments.

Appreciate all of the honest feedback. While listening to their sells-pitch video I was wondering when they were going to start asking for money and why. Always research before you get hurt. Scammers USA is a real monster and a billion dollar industry in Nigeria.

I bought this program, and I am very unsatisfied with it. I am trying to find someone from the company to process my money back guarantee. I am on the payment plan, but can't get in contact with anyone. Radio Silence. Anyone who knows how to contact them, please post it here.
Thanks!

I wish that someone would really look into this shady business called foreclosure academy and how they have the nerve to rip off people this way and i hope that the same is done to them as they have done to the other people that have written there problems with the company. i hope they get what is coming to them. They have the nerve to charge 30 percent to these poor people that have monies that is due them and take the business away from the lawyers that should be handling these cases. They charge so much money and i'm sorry you end up paying more for this program which they don't disclose to you. They force you into doing something that is not right for you. regardless if you meet there requirements like the one person wrote below me. They still didnt give them there money back. This company is so shady and i think they should be ordered by the labor board. find some other business to do if you want to make extra money. They really do put you down and belittle you in every shape of form. Angel should have his head examined for doing that to people. Down the road maybe not now i hope they get theres the company is such a scam all they are out for is to get your money. I really hate them so much. I dont know how they can sleep at night.
