Ordered an oil sump for my Mazda from this guy but was waiting so long I sourced one locally in a scrapyard instead, told him to cancel the order and give me a refund....but he CHARGED me again! So I paid TWICE for a part I never got. Complete crook, always fobbing me off with his emails "something odd happened with my payment system, leave it with me etc etc"...oh something odd happened alright you total criminal!!!

A really bad company. I ordered a pair of brakediscs and 3 months later i had still no part and my car had to undergo the safetycheck (APK in the Netherlands), after a lot of emails and promises from Mark nothing happened and i had to order somewere else.
Now already for 6 months i'm trying to get my money back but Mark doesn't respond any more. (after many excuses, "holidays" or "the system was out")
A 100% scamming business, don't buy or thrust any of his words you will get scammed!
I use a few of independent sellers for my car and these guys are saints, few people are interested in these cars now, hats off!
To start with, I've shopped with fordprobestore a couple of times before without a hitch, but that changed this last time.
I put in an order but never recieved it. I contacted them and they said give it a couple more days (it had been 1.5 months) which I did, but it never showed. I contacted them and we agreed that it'd get my money back but I never got it. I've contacted them multiple times but gets ignored when they realize what it's about. They are scammers and I've personaly reported them to the police.
Stay away from them.
