Matter still unresolved because the company wants me to delete my review before they refund my money .I have written to them many times that I will not delete my review until I receive my money. It's now one year and the same story. Bottom line this company is a fraud and it's a scam. They have no intention to refund my money.

I didn't like the fact that they took money from my account but I do put the blame on me too because I didn't read the policy properly. You all should have a simplified policy that is not long bur strat forward for people. But Raj was very helpful and helped me a lot.

This company scammed me! I never ordered any makeup products from them, but they stole almost 70 euros from my bank account after I fell for a fake Shein gift offer. They asked to pay only for shipping, but secretly signed me up for a subscription I never agreed to. Now they are asking me to delete my honest review in exchange for a refund. This is unethical and manipulative. I warn others: do not trust this company!

They stole my money .

Even though I did not make any shhopping , they stole my money from my credit card and withdrew it to their own account. I want my money back.
I didnt buy anything .
Do not trust these people and this company under any circumstances and never shop from them.
They are nothing but thieves and scammers !!!!

When I emailed that I didn't want to renew my subscription, Jamal from the client support informed me that I will get a refund as I didn't use any of my credit points.
Thanks for making it easy for me and I hope everything will be settled in an appropriate way 🙏❤️.

I want to request a refund reason behind that is everyday i see transaction made from this company or website it's stealing money from my account because i don't remember purchasing anything from this company but money it's going out so if possible cancel the subscription made and give me a refund

I don't want a subscription, accidentally I choose a debut card option for forallmakeup.com , now my money goes again and again from account, I don't want this please cancel all the plans , please diamond resolve my issue
