made an order which finally arrived 4 weeks after chasing them on multiple times via email The goods finally arrived but the sizes are very small compared to UK sizes. Been trying to obtain a return reply by filling in the web return form, emails etc and for the last 4 days, no reply, The return policy to return the goods is 7 days. Bad experience and always worried about being scammed

Total scam I asked for refund as was stated in 14 day period they said they can’t total scam please do not use still not received after 3 weeks do not use ment to be uk company as stated on website but email comes from china joke of a company

When I placed my order there weren't many reviews so decided to take the risk.
The kit finally arrived after 4 weeks and it's okay - although the wrong socks have been sent but it's too much of a hassle to contact them to get the right ones sent.
I've had to email several times to get a tracking number and ask for expected delivery dates even though the confirmation email said 7-10 days - I seem to be one of the lucky ones who actually received a response, although it was like pulling teeth as it took 4 days to reply and even then it was very vague!
I won't be rushing back to order anything from here again, I spent most of the time worrying it was a scam!

Do not use this company. I ordered a shirt as a tribute to my stepson who died and was told it would be delivered his funeral. It took almost 5 weeks to be delivered. Their customer responses are lies and cannot be trusted.
Go elsewhere to spend your money.

Ordered a shirt a month ago. I had read reviews on here after words and contacted them via email. A response a few days later, I still question legitimacy. I have requested a refund four times to which they are now avoiding emails.
Would not shop here again

Absolute scam. Ordered on 11th August not received anything. Tried contacting the company with no response. Made dispute with my bank. Now I have a response from the company saying they’ve shipped the item but it won’t ship until I cancel the dispute payment. Which is a common scam tactic.
Do not waste your money.

AVOID! Complete scam of a company! - no reply via “ customer service “ waited over 6 weeks for 2 shirts which cost me over £65!!!

I bought the wife an England ladies shirt no problem at first but questioned the £5 approx delivery charge but thought at £25 it would be ok . Waited 14 days and nothing so emailed asking what was happening, the reply was I was now a VIP customer and dispatched would be quicker eventually the shirt landed ,quality is good packaging excellent ,size well that's another story she's a 10 so I thought I'll order a size to large to be safe so XL it was after trying on the top it's at least one size probably 2 sizes to tight more emails to and fro to there non existent customer services department and they just want you to order another top and start from scratch but you can keep the first one ..think you'll find it's mine anyway ...please bewarned

Do not order from this website, kits are all fake, and you can’t amend or cancel your order, I think it’s base on China, so you can imagine the customer service.

Similar issue as all the other. Waiting over 3 weeks with no response on timing of delivery so suspect another scam. Thus looks like a scam.... stay away.

I waited 3 weeks for my xxl football shirt to arrive and when it finally did it has never seen xxl !
To small by far and more than likely a medium to a large at most.
I will not be using them again and thankfully have a mate that it may fit.

It's impossible to call customer service as they don't have one. They also don't respond to emails. I have been waiting 3 weeks. And according to the tracking the item hasn't been sent yet. A terrible experience,

Ordered some football shirts but only one arrived Queried this and the others arrived three weeks later. They were of very good quality and a very acceptable price.

My sons birthday coming up this weekend. Thought what better way to surprise him than order him a personalised shirt with his favourite football team?I ordered this over 2 weeks ago.I have emailed the company 3 times not heard back.My poor child is going to be devastated if something isn't arriving at this week absolutely disgusted in this company so far

Do NOT BUY. This is a scammer from China. You will not get your kit and you won't get your money back. Theyve gave me a tracking number but no delivery company.

Placed an order on 1st August, it’s now 30th August and still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve emailed several times but get a “cannot deliver email to this address”. Submitted message through the website but no response. Feels like a scam at this stage.

It's... alright. Not official merch, which I should've clocked from the price, to be fair. It's fine for kicking about in, but the material feels a bit cheap. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

Shocking, said delivery would be 5 days ended up being 4 weeks. When it did turn up the shirt I ordered was nothing like the original, it's just a printed copy. The shirt was meant to be ribbed but they just printed black lines on the shirt. The clubs crest was printed on also. Please avoid.
