Incredible customer service

I was really pleased to buy Lems from the UK. Unfortunately the boots I ordered had a fault, Footworks were amazing: replied to my email within the day and sent me a new pair of shoes by the weekend. I have been so impressed and so delighted by my shoes and the Footworks company.

Good customer service

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, seemed well made but didn’t quite suit me so returned them, got full refund no issues so easy process. Will use again to try other shoes

Good customer service. LEMS boots so far so good

I was unsure about sizing and got a really prompt and helpful email with advice on measuring my feet. I also had other queries which were answered so great customer service. Thanks.

I really like the LEMS tuff Chelsea boot. Nice wide toe box and comfy sole. Looking forward to trying it out on more challenging walks
