I’m writing this review today regarding the entire staff over at your footlocker location in the Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, Sweden. I am a very dedicated sneaker collector. And, I really love the Air Jordan brand in particular.

I have come to the realization that the staff at this location are mistreating and lying to their customers with this call and collect process. I have noticed that every time I call exactly at the time required.

They are sold out. How can they always be sold out when I’m the very first caller? As it turns out…I was walking through the mall and I causally overheard a guy on his cellphone with a footlocker bag with sneakers say he is friends with an employee at the store who asked him to buy a pair of sneakers for her in order for her to resell them online.

He went even further by saying they were using several different people to secretly buy sneakers for them in order for it to not look suspicious. I had a strong feeling something was not right based on how they acted in the store.

But, hearing this individual explain how it worked made me fully aware of their ongoing scheme. I have not been able to buy any Air Jordan sneakers from them because of this on going elaborate con they are conducting.

I am considering speaking with an attorney regarding this horrible matter. No final decision or determination has been made to actually pursue any legal action. It is just a thought at this point. But, these sneakers are supposed to be fairly offered and made available to your customers. Not just the staff only. Please investigate what is going on here.

Quite possibly the worst online shopping experience ever.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes, and they got shipped quickly.
However I only received one pair and it was in the wrong size, despite the shop charging for both shoes.

Tried to contact customer support, but they only have an online form or a phone number.
After 3-4 days waiting for a reply to the online form, I called them, I spent 7 hours in que, each time being disconnected after 60 min, reason given that no agents are available.

Ive now returned the wrong sized shoes to a physical store and bought same type of shoes there, and have had the money refunded for the missing pair.
