My son asked me to purchase Hey Dude shoes from this site. Unfortunately neither he or I did our research into this company prior to purchasing them.

When they ultimately arrived six weeks later, the quality was absolute garbage, completely unwearable, cheap looking knock off shoes. The backs of the shoes were broken and bent, The sole of one of the shoes had a huge dent in it that you could feel if you put the shoe on. The insoles were literally cheap insoles they must have bought elsewhere and literally shoved into the shoes … shoved in so poorly, btw, that even the insole had a permanent bend to it inside the shoe. The rubber sole was poorly stitched to the upper part of the shoe. I’ve never in my life seen more poorly put together shoes. There is no scenario where anyone could possibly wear these shoes and walk around,

So, I contacted customer service who keeps emailing me about how great their quality is that they are so confident in it that rather than a refund, perhaps I’d like a 50% coupon for my next purchase. I adamantly decline the offer and asked again for a refund, received another email offering 50% off my next order. Declined and requested full refund again … was then offered 20% off instead.

This company is a sham, selling garbage quality knock offs with abysmal customer service that refuses to refund your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM TGIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews first as this is all part of how this company clearly chooses to do business.

I ordered shoes for my 14 year old son for his birthday they had an NFL logo and were “Hey Dudes” when I received them they were absolutely horrible they looked like something you would find at the dollar store as a name band knock off. To send them back was an absolute joke. I had to send them multiple pictures of the shoes the soles the insides. My son wouldn’t even try them on. I will NEVER Purchase from this site again!!!

Do not buy from this company! I bought the custom hey dudes for my boyfriend for his birthday. I did receive the product about five weeks later which was fine seeing that it was coming from the UK or so. I thought the return address on the packaging was somewhere in New York so that stunned me that it took so long. But anyways, they were not real hey dudes they charged real hey dude price but they were not one pair of the shoes didn’t even have a logo on them for hey dudes they did not fit correctly. they refuse to give a full refund. They claim they’ll give me 20% back. We’ll see if that happens. I can figure out how to post pictures. I will do so but again do not buy scam scam scam scam

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! These people are shady and completely unresponsive. They will give you the runaround, not refund your money as promised. They do not answer emails and their phone number is not legit. Do not give them a single dollar or minute of your time!

Absolute crap. Total knock off Hey Dude shoes that stink like formaldehyde and are nowhere close to fitting correctly. I couldn't even get the shoes on. Avoid this company.

False advertising the hey dudes are not real. They are plastic and sublimated i dont even know how they can legally sell these items

We ordered two pairs of Hey Dude. They are not Hey Dudes at all, but are some imitation of them. They run small, and we are not able to wear one of the pairs. Due to there return policy, we are unable to return.

Do not order from these people they are a bunch of liars and they scamming people they scam me real good so beware they are taking people money. I wish I had to know this before this happened, but I will put them on blast now join me as I put a YouTube together and bring these hypocrites.

Ordered wife a pair on June 25,2025. Still haven’t received. Contacted them about status 3weeks in. Said they had shipped and gave me a tracking number which was China post. China post site was pitiful. A few days later I got an email that they were out for delivery with USPS. NEVER GOT THEM. contacted customer support of Footgear They only answer emails after midnight ES time. Got an answer of wait another day. Waited another day no shoes so I emailed them again. There answer was wait another week. Stay away. They are pathetic bottom feeders IMO. Never again for me. Buyer beware.

One of the worst companies out there. Fake shoes, crappy craftsmanship, not even close to the “right” size. If you never read another review, read this one don’t buy anything from foot gear locker.

Do not order from them, ordered a pair of Hey Dude Raiders shoes, what I got was a cheap knock off pair delivered in a bag so they were smashed, that took 3 weeks to receive. I wish I had found these reviews. They didn't have any on their website, and now I know why!!

I purchased a pair of "Hey Dudes" directly from the Footgearlocker website. My order included the selection of white or black soles; I chose black. What I received was a cheap pair of knockoff with white soles. Do not purchase from Footlockergear, what they show for merchandise is not what you will receive.

They are not authentic Hey Dudes. They are FAKE. Buyer beware. Don’t buy

Do not buy anything from them ! They are selling knock off products. Still fighting refund through PayPal . The product is horrible quality outside of being knock offs !

I have been going back and forth with them and I was lucky enough to catch them in their scam BEFORE they scammed me, but make no mistake about it they were trying to scam me. Their size chart for their "Hey Dudes" don't match the real Hey Dudes size chart.

I have Hey Dudes and I wear size 11 and they fit perfect. Their size chart said I need a size 9. Since I was going to order 3 pairs I asked about their return policy. They response is that if they ship the correct size ordered but they don't fit they don't accept returns. I pointed out the difference and they continue to say "just order to our size chart and if they don't fit we will support". I specifically asked them if they don't accept returns and I order to their size chart and the shoes don't fit then how will they support me? They continue to say just order to our chart and we will support you.

After that back and forth I said please tell me specifically how you will support me if I order the size 9's per your chart and need the size 11's? They always have responded at 4 AM CST which leads me to believe the are in the Eastern Hemisphere and when I sent that email asking for specifics on 6/26 they have gone silent and won't respond.

Save your money, this is a scam company and I highly doubt that they sell Hey Dudes at these prices to begin with.

Scam, they sell fake shoes. Ordered KTM
send me fake one. After several follow up for refund, they say only 30% bec they pay production and sf. Waiting for my refund like they promise.

They claim they are selling Hey Dude shoes!! Don’t be missled they are NOT hey dude shoes!! Not even close!!!

If I could, I would get the negative one star. $60 shoes. Hey dude. They are a terrible knock off with the thinnest soles you can imagine. I thought for the price that they could be legit, but they are terrible. Terrible knock off.

I never received the shoes. The company sent the shoes to the wrong address according to the USPS but said they legally could not release the address.
