Hice un pedido el 1 de junio, solo he recibido número de pedido, ni seguimiento ni nada. Me he puesto varias veces en contacto con atención al cliente a través del correo que proporcionan y no obtengo respuesta de ningún tipo. Me gustaría saber en qué estado está mi pedido, porque el cobro lo habéis hecho bien rápido…
