Customers consistently praise the high quality of the products, finding them sturdy, durable, and effective in providing relief for various foot conditions like plantar fasciitis and collapsed arches. Many people appreciate the comfort and support offered, often noting immediate improvement in pain and overall well-being, with some even using them for years. The service is frequently highlighted as excellent, with prompt delivery, easy ordering processes, and helpful pre-purchase advice. These insoles really do work!

Had plantar fasciists of my right foot for about 3 months, which was not improving despite doing the recommended exercises, pain killers etc. I also underpronate.
Getting fed up of this constant foot ache, so despite being sceptical thought I'd try the insoles as not overly expensive and they come with the 30 day money back guarantee, so win, win.
I'm delighted that my foot pain has dramatically improved in just 2 weeks of using these insoles.
Arrived very quickly via Royal Mail and they were very easy to trim to size.
Have realised the my slippers don't have arch support, so will be ordering a pair of slippers too.

Did exactly what it said on the tin

Did exactly what it said on the tin. The footbeds arrived on time, for the price I paid, with no hidden extras.
For the benefit of others, I have size 7 feet, and the banding of sizes is right on that margin. I opted for the larger size rather than the smaller size, and this has placed the arch support quite far forward on my foot. I would try the smaller one next time to see if it sits a little better.
However, overall satisfied with the product and service.

Excellent service and great products

It was easy to find insoles to suit my specific needs, the prices were great and items were dispatched quickly and arrived promptly too. I bought the size which had a max size the same as my shoe size and they fit absolutely perfectly without any adjustment. Great service overall.

Lovely comfortable slippers

Lovely comfortable slippers. Good customer service.
The sizing is on the large size so I had to exchange for a smaller size and pay for the return. However they were very kind in sending me more heel grips as I need 2 sets for my narrow ankles.

Excellent product

I have been suffering from pain in the ball of my foot and was looking for something to allow me to continue to walk the dog etc. The metatarsalgia insoles have been excellent. I am not experiencing discomfort when I walk at all. The insoles slipped into my shoes easily. The prices was good, delivery was quick and ordering was easy with lots of information on the site. I will definitely buy from Footactive again.

For years I've had trouble with the ball of my right foot. Resulting in it being so painful I had trouble walking. Then I found these insoles. So I've been buying these the past few years when I started doing parkruns. I actually did my first full marathon in my old ones on Sunday (Newport). Apart from having tired legs 😆 I didn't have any pain at all in the ball of my foot. Now I've popped the new ones in my new running shoes which I need to start wearing in
