Very poor service from this company
Very poor service from this company. I purchased football boots for my son which developed a fault so i contacted them regarding a refund. Initially they were helpful but after sending the boots back I'm now struggling to get a refund. They keep making excuses why its not being paid. This has been going on since the 6th November. I received a credit memo from them after sending the boots back but it didn't explain how the money would be refunded so I had to email them to find out. My son now doesn't have any football boots as we cant afford to buy replacements just before Christmas. Thanks Foot-store, that's the last time i buy from you.
DO NOT BUY from this company, they are crooks and not a reputable company. I've spoken to Nike and they're are not a registered stockist.

It was the first time I went to footlocker before I used to usually go to JD but now I will never go back. You can tell footlocker do exclusive footwear and clothes wear where is JD does mainstream that everybody wears I found out that if you want to stand out, you have to go to footlocker.
