Really really bad experience
Really really bad experience. I had ordered glutenfree and non-spicy products (seen the app descriptions) and instead I get a ramen full of chilli powder so absolutely not removable and udon with gluten. My husband had taken a ramen without eggs because he doesn't like them and he arrived with eggs (also this is not indicated by the app). Neither of us ate but we spent 363 sek (more or less 36 euros). We asked for assistance to have a change and not throw away the food but at the moment they have not answered us, so we ask for a refund. No one showed up for a day and a half and today finally (from Saturday to Monday) they write to us with a few words that they can't reimburse us without giving us a reason. Summary of everything, we didn't eat anything, throwing away money and especially food. Congratulations! I will copy this review everywhere because it is not possible to treat people like this.
