Great Plan..12 lbs down... never hungry, brilliant recipes easy to follow. Great variation of meals. Certainly would recommend Food for Fitness Summer Plan.
It took me a week to review the plan, get my ingredients and get going. I’ve always loved batch cooking so getting back in to the habit and also achieving my goal of eating more vegetables has been... See more

Definitely give them a try!
Scott's recipes are ready to follow, easy to make and taste delicious. I've made quite a few now and we've enjoyed them all, apart from one and that my fault 😂. I would absolutely recommend trying his books, I've got them all and working our way through them!!!

Yummy pork Goulash 😋
The recipes are easy to prepare and cook, some are better than others, some are a bit dry for example Tommy’s Turkey Satay. I’m only second week in, so can’t really give a full review. Love the pork Goulash and the Moroccan Beef Tagine. So far so good.👍
You certainly have lots to eat on the diet, which kind of makes it feel like you’re not on a diet.

Nearly finished week one -
Recipes are excellent (husband enjoying too all be it he’s no choice 😍)
I wasn’t too keen on eating the same for lunch as previous nights dinner but it’s been absolutely fine and a lot less hassle and cost!
So far really enjoying and feeling much better.

Easy to follow
Easy to follow, Adaptable to producing smaller amounts (made two portions instead of four, for sweet potato Stovies). Can even be used by terrible cooks like myself.

Lovely recipes
Lovely recipes, and a great variety which makes it easy to stick to. I just wish it had a break down of the macros and calories, although Scott does give you an average of the daily calories, a break down of each meal, would really help me.
I would definitely recommend the programme just for the healthy meals.

Another Great Recipe Book from Scott
Love having the flexibility to download this book to accompany the other six.
This latest book has some great recipes having tried three in the last week; Basil Pork Burgers, Orzo Chicken Casserole and my wife’s favourite Gnocchi and Chicken Sausage Minestrone. I would definitely recommend.

2 weeks in and going well
My husband and I are both following this programme, we bought the women's meal plan and he is just eating a bit more than me. He has never in his life before stuck to a 'diet' but this one appeals as no calorie or macro counting. I am appreciating the meal prep and saves lots of time and thought eating dinner for lunch the next day. We are going to Mexico in 5 weeks so aiming to lose a few pounds before the beach. I am going through the menopause and the emphasis on protein is good for me. So first week, he lost 1.3kg and I lost half a kilo. We both very happy with this and not really feeling hungry. I am adjusting to smaller portion sizes for dinner which has been a common downfall for me in the past. I feel that the plan is really good value for money . I have also bought recipe books 1 to 6 for more variety. Really like the majority of the recipes but I am not a rice fan so we substitute a meal recipe on those days from the books instead of the meal plan

Great meal plan
I followed the free 7 day meal plan, then signed up for the 30 day plan, which I've been following for about a week. I found the plan really easy to follow - the overview and shopping lists for the week are great. All the recipes have been really nice and easy. I haven't had to make different meals for the rest of the family, just added some extra sides. For the first few days I felt I really needed the extra snacks, but after that I've not felt starved or like I'm on a diet. I've been trying for a long time to loose weight gained while I was injured and I've found this plan has really worked for me. I've already lost weight and feel really good.

An excellent and enjoyable meal plan
An excellent meal plan. I have lost a stone in 6 weeks, without any real effort at all. The meals are delicious, easy to make and nutritious, I haven’t felt hungry at all. I think this has altered my eating habits from now on. Thank you Scott, I haven’t felt this good about myself for a very long time.
