What can I say brilliant top service the guys in the phone shop were superb had my phone back to normal in 45 mins friendly guys explained everything and charged me less than the quote I was given ,would highly recommend don’t go anywhere else

I wouldn’t give any stars i have had to do 1 to make the review .. Customer service is absolutely shocking they sent me an iphone it got delivered to the wrong house so they sent me another and the button kept sticking so i have sent it back and now they won’t fix it or give me a refund they just keep putting the phone down on me laughing at me saying you received the first one there’s nothing i can do . the service is shocking

Although I was a little nervous, I had absolutely nothing to worry about! The service was great the product great and emails were constantly updating us

Brilliant customer service from Fone Store. Very fast delivery and follow up. Bought two large iPad Pros 5th generation and iPad pencils. They were accurately described as pristine and they are like new. I was nervous about not buying new ones but I couldn't afford new ones and I am really delighted with the purchase and would highly recommend this company.

Myself, my husband, daughter and two grandkids have all had iPhones from the fone store and they never disappoint, the condition is exactly as stated and they arrive next day with free delivery.

I was very skeptical before making a purchase here due to reviews and it seems today another 1* review has been added.

I got an iPad Air 5th gen grade A (pristine) and I opted for collection, upon collection the battery was dead but that’s a minor inconvenience as the guy happily offered to charge it up for me! I declined as I wasn’t fussed and once I got home everything was perfect and still is till today, if anything happens I will update the review.

It seems most buyers have issues when ordering online through delivery… So I suggest to everyone who reads this and is unsure, if possible you should 100% do order for collection! I made sure to do that because most of the bad reviews seem to stem from the wrong orders being shipped out but collection it was perfect, he showed me the whole iPad, no scratches was exactly what I had ordered so great experience for me.

Ordered 128gb . Had 32gb delivered. Emailed with photo evidence of it being a 32gb , and all I got back was
"Hi ipad is 128gb thanks"

AVOID

WARRANTY EXPIRED EMAIL , NOT EVEN 24H SINCE DELIVERED because I posted here .

Here's emails I'm still getting.
"ClearPay has already been notified of your false claim, and the warranty has been voided."

I've reminded them of consumer laws and online selling regulations.

Excellent service quick delivery and great product will be back again

Ordered on the Sunday and arrived on the Tuesday. Ordered a pristine iPad Pro 2022 in silver. It’s arrived, in box in pristine condition. I can’t fault it to the naked eye. Cellular works too. Decent price considering it even comes with apple warranty until May 2024. Can’t speak about the returns process as I haven’t used it.

Yes I got an email after ordering requesting photo ID for processing the order. Not had this before, but if it’s their process, then it’s their process. If you don’t like this then you’ve been warned and shouldn’t order.

Please do yourself a favour and read the reviews! Do not buy from here. It's not an actual company where there are hundreds of employees. ONLY 1 PERSON WORKS HERE and his customer service is RUBBISH (to say the least). If you buy a product and ask for a refund FoneStore (he) will only refund you the item's value, SHIPPING COSTS and DELIVERY WILL BE AT YOUR EXPENSES!!

If you so much want to try, PAY WITH CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL!! PROTECT YOUSELF!!

I am a regular customer at Fone Store buying many IPhones, one IPad Pro and AirPods Pro. When buying for the family I buy good or excellent grade iPhones while for me acceptable. The products have all been fine for the grade advertised and lasted for years. The staff in the store are very knowledgeable and helpful.
