Product claims to be made by Samsung. There was no Samsung name on packaging or Samsung logo of any kind so customer is not able to confirm authenticity of the items purchased

I thought I had ordered an iPad case for a 9th series IPad Air, but a mini case was delivered.

Paid ‘over the odds’ for what I was assured was a genuine Samsung charging cable but …. it didn’t work ! In fairness, they responded quickly to my complaint and sent another 2, both of which seem to work. Meanwhile I’d ordered another one from eBay at less than half the price which worked fine so unlikely to use Fonehaus again. As mentioned elsewhere, the communications skills of the complaints person are very limited.

Ordering and delivery was straightforward and prompt, but the short charger cable itself seems to deliver a very slow charge compared to the long one that came in the box with the Apple watch, so it’s slightly disappointing.

Advertised on their website as genuine Apple cables in Apple boxes then arrive in no box and counterfeit. The cables fall out of the plugs . When I complained I just got a reply from someone that could not type in English and wrote a load of nonsense in the reply. Don’t bother!
