Came in with a broken iPhone 13mini, I told them what I wanted to be fixed- they did it fast and explained the process, got the phone back, it kept shutting down. Contacted the shop who told me they had an idea of what the problem could be and told me they would fix it - free of charge!! Thats what called “going the extra mile” service!
