I don't know where to start. I got a notification on my Samsung phone saying it would be locked in 72 hours. I have been playing email tennis ever since with little success. I'm not even sure it's a human being responding. As I type this i still get this notification although it's been more than 72 hours and seemingly no way of contacting a person to deal with it. Samsung just pass you to these guys. I have tried calling them. I've been first in the queue for 45 mins so far but about to give up. I think I might just throw the bloody phone in the bin and go back to iphone

Do Not use this company via the Samsung trade-in program they rip you off; my phone was sent to them on 30th Dec 2024 yesterday, 23rd March, they tell me that my phone would be locked within 72 hours if i don't send trade in....which was sent on the date above nearly 3 1/2 months later and guess what I didn't keep the receipt for 3 1/2 months i mean who does? i have tried contacting them for 3 hours this morning via phone call 3 times i get it said i was 1st in the queue and 30 minutes later, it automatically cuts me off, this is a joke i have now raised a major complaint with samsung as this company is a joke

iPhone 11 - After being quoted £140 by Wingpay and then having the offer reduced to £48, I requested my phone back and sent it to Fone Wizard, who quoted £130.

Absolutely fantastic, registered phone for sale on Tuesday received postage pack on Wednesday (I did pay for next day delivery when sending my phone) but even so I got the money paid into my account on Thursday before 4pm all in the same week, AMAZING company will definitely use again in the future Thank you Fonewizard your Awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍

Sold faulty iPhone. Took nearly two weeks for them to post packaging but offer is only valid for 14 days. Tried calling but couldn’t get through as concerned they would give me less for my phone than quoted. They finally responded to an email so sent phone.

Then once I posted my phone I got an email saying they couldn’t take my phone as needed to deactivate to ‘activation lock’. But how can I do this when my phone isn’t working? It’s faulty and that was reflected in the price quoted.

They sent my phone back so complete waste of time.

After trying another company I've came back to Fone Wizard. Quick and efficient with sending out the pack, checking the phone and paying the competitive price money into my account. Used before and will definetly use again. Seem honest and straight forward process. Well done Fone Wizard and thank you 👍

Fantastic service , fone received by Wizard in the morning, recived e-mail notification of receipt and later another e-mail advised payment would be despatched after 1700 hrs. Payment received just after1700 hrs all in the same day. Briliant

Sent a used mobile phone to Fone Wizard on 25th April, received full payment into Paypal on 30th April - really prompt service with a weekend within that period too! I made use of the phone testing app first, which was very easy to use. I couldn't be more pleased with the ease of the transaction, especially after a very disappointing experience trying to sell to another company initially.
