This might be the best hoodie I own. Yes, shipping took longer than we are used to but gosh so worth the wait. I also sized up because I prefer a roomier fit and read these can run a little small after washing. I’m glad I ordered up a size. It’s perfectly roomy, so soft, so cozy, and warm. I hope it ages well wash after wash. Not being sure how it will wear as I wash it more is the only reason it got four stars. For the cost I’d like to think it will wash well for a long time but it’s too soon to know. I do want another though. 😊

Placed my order in on Oct 27th. It is now Nov 6th. Package still hasn't shipped yet.

Shipping took forever. The clothes were huge as I upsized per their recommendation. I’m attempting to exchange but it’s been over a week since they’ve had my return (per tracking number) and they won’t respond to any emails or correspondence regarding an exchange. I feel scammed

Sent me the wrong size and then told me they were out of stock on the black sweats I ordered so I agreed to take a light brown color pair instead. Just received them and took them out of the shipping package and they have a stain/marking on them right in the front of the sweats. And took about 2 months for them to send me the pair of sweats I ordered, in the wrong color, with a black stain on them.

Really comfortable hoodie so soft and is still soft after washing. I love the colour.

I'm trusting enough to try purchasing a dusk colored hoodie. The first green one is lovely. This will be my second.

It’s been a week and I have not received an email with confirmation or order number but the payment has gone through my credit card. I’ve tried emailing the company and have not had a response back after 4 days or any shipping emails.

Even for clothing (which has a chance of being the wrong size) exchanges are paid by the customer both ways. I had bought my wife a shirt, and ended up paying roughly the cost of the shirt to exchange for a different size.

I love these sweats, they are so soft and comfortable. I am all about saving our planet, comfort and style. Follow your legend checks every box for me.💞

Paid for same day fulfillment. Didn’t get the email that it was shipped out for two days. Then 5 days after the order I get an email that they are slammed and so my order hasn't even been shipped yet. I understand getting backed up- but don’t accept money for a service that you don’t even try to fulfill.

Expensive and then over promising and underperforming.
they don’t have product available that’s allowed to be ordered and will make you wait after sending a it’s been shipped email, they hold it on back order with a label created. If you want or need what you order fast or even soon don’t buy

Hideous customer service...ordered a hoodie in XXL...too big. Wanted to return, but any sale purchase can not be returned. Decided to exchange. Portal would not let me. Sent multiple emails, no reply. Terrible company, don't do business with them.

The hoodies run really big, so order one size smaller than usual for females. FYI, shipping is not covered for returns, or orders. So, after $36 in shipping fees, my wife finally has a hoodie that fits.

Scam company, be very careful, as they will not accept a return because they offered a promotional sale. I ordered small and the item was HUGE. They will not refund my money, due to the promo sale. Really?? And their stuff isn’t cheap
