Had an incident with them. But they solved the issue. Im happy.
Update:
A member of trustpilot contacted me and we had a long conversation. In short the moral of it was, its a new business & they had a lot of bugs on their server side. So they had to update the whole website which resulted in loosing previous order data.
But, they have full filled my order. Yeah. It took a really long time for such a tiny order. But they were sorry for the incident. And I personally think this type of problem wont happen again as they have updated their website and server. As far as i have checked, its nearly bug free. So im giving them a 4 star and maybe in near future, will buy some more from them. Good luck.
Worst service ever.
Ordered 1400 followers on 28th of october. It was supposed to be completed by 1st November. Now, it’s 3rd of november and i haven't got a single follower.
I contacted them about the issue and they just removed the package that i ordered from their website and cleared my order history. Now their website shows i haven't ordered at all.
