Stay away from Folk's referral program until it starts honouring its payout promises. People refer users, complete the required conditions, wait the promised 7 days, and still receive no payment. Referrals remain stuck in checking status, while support messages reportedly go unanswered.

The company promotes referrals to attract users but fails to provide clear payout updates or meaningful support when people ask for their earned rewards. Ignoring legitimate complaints and criticism on social media only makes matters worse.

Stop attracting users with referral promises and start paying eligible rewards. People should think twice before trusting this platform.

I am also folk user as they promised i stated this 26th date still my referral amount is showing awaiting payout and very bad experience with nozomio labs cheating with people for their advertising

I am a user of Folk (folk.com), an AI assistant service by Nozomio Labs. Their referral program promises $5 per referred friend after the friend sends 15 messages, paid via Whop.

As of October 29, 2026, 18 referred accounts are stuck in "checking"/"qualifying" status, some for 4 days despite meeting the 15-message requirement. One account shows 0/15 messages counted since October 26 despite real activity.

I opened a support ticket on October 26 and sent multiple escalations (Oct 27, 28, 29). The only reply was a status note on October 28, with no fix, no timeline, and no human follow-up since.

I want the earned rewards paid and a real response from support.
