took money and haven't delivered order..can't get in touch, they have shut down website, phone lines and emails and aren't answering to social media. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had folding doors delivered to my builder & installed. Fine. But now that I wish to contact them as the door seal has stretched and the doors are still in warranty, I cannot get hold of them on the phone or email. Both phone & email inboxes are full. My builder has also tried and they are uncontactable. Does anyone know if they have gone bust ?

Pre Sales, they were good & engaging. Post payment, we had issues with delivery which took two weeks to resolve, with little/no flexibility. Since fitting, we’ve had an issue with leaks. Despite the lantern not being sealed properly and us checking the way they’ve asked us to before they send someone out, it’s now been 8 weeks and they aren’t answering phone calls or emails. They claim a warranty, but seem unwilling to honour it. Don’t believe their pre sales engagement, it’s all a con. Beyond that, their service is terrible.

Just fitted our doors and the fitters told us these are some of best quality doors they’ve ever fitted. So happy with them and a absolute bargain for the quality! great delivery service, really nice guys! No issues with ordering, any help I needed they talked me through!

These are the best bi-folding doors I have ever had. The quality is sensational. They have been in 2.5 years now and they have not faded at all. They still open exactly the same as they did the day they were installed & the handle has stayed 100% solid since the day it was installed. 11/10! Just sensational bi folding doors. Exquisite!

Just had custom made new sliding doors fitted at my home. Everyone from Tony, Director, to the guys who came to fit them were amazing, super professional, friendly and did a great job and I'm really happy with the doors, they look fantastic and are really solid and well made. I highly recommend this company.

Ordered korniche roof lanterns and the whole process was amazing from start to finish!
Tony was great via email, helping to answer my enquiries and the delivery guy was amazing!

Purchased some bi-fold doors from FD2U recently and have been very surprised at the excellent service and quality. There was a defect on one of the panes of glass on delivery and Tony at FD2U arranged for a replacement to be sent out direct from manufacturer in time for our builders to install. They were also really impressed with the quality of the doors (especially for the price we paid). Would definitely recommend and use again!

I completely concur with all the other positive reviews, cannot fault the company and am very happy with the finished doors.

The team (particularly Tony, who has the patience of a saint) were always on hand to answer my questions and guide me through the process or offer advice, and all agreed deadlines were met.

The fitters clearly have a lot of experience and did a great job on the survey, aligning their requirements with our builders (who were midway through still), followed by a very fast and professional job actually installing the doors.

The doors themselves are of a high quality, they look fantastic, feel solid and robust, are easy to clean, and the integrated blinds are very neat and easy to operate.

So we couldn't ask for more in terms of either the product or the service. But the icing on the cake is that the price was also by far the cheapest, beating other quotes by hundreds of pounds (even thousands in a couple of cases).

Would 100% recommend for bifolds.

Dealing with Kate, Andy, Tony, Chris and Ryan has been an absolute pleasure. Possibly the best level of customer service I've experienced for the last 3 years at least. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I bought a sky lantern and bi-fold doors from them. The sales discussion, after sales delivery and installation were just superb. I'm a fan of Chris and Ryan. The guys are legends! Tony is also exemplary as a leader, taking charge of any issues and making sure that they are resolved to my satisfaction (albeit there were few problems overall).

Ordered my bifold doors and had a great experience from start to finish. Brilliant customer service. The team were very professional and able to advise what was best for my build. The time from POS, manufacturing through to delivery was excellent and the product is of very high quality. I had a small issue with one of the gaskets and the after care from the company was great, a quick response and solution put in place immediately. Would highly recommend and will definitely choose this company again.

Bought the doors 2 years ago. Brilliant team of installers, done within about 60 minutes!
Since then I've taken advantage of the 10-year warrantee when I observed a small draft, and when one of the door mechanisms failed.
They came within the week and solved both issues within 30 minutes.
Great quality product and rolling mechanism.
Would highly recommend.

Again, absolutely fantastic and great service. This is the second time I have used Foldingdoors2u, where they have fitted bifolds to out building shed. I have previously had sliding doors fitted to my new extension. This is great company. Kate and Tony who I had been dealing with were great Chris who fitted my door bifolds was great This is a fantastic company to deal with and very professional.

We purchased our bifold doors and right from the start everything went well and easy , we ordered on the phone and talked to a woman who was so helpful . Delivery was great and today we have had them fitted and they look great , really smooth to open and shut .would highly recommend.

Very helpful over the phone when placing the order, kept me informed, fast build to order and helpful when arranging to have the doors delivered to my freight carrier.

Lovely company to deal with and will recommend.
