Dreadful company Avoid at all costs

Dreadful company, Spring and washer went in tap at just over the two year warranty, want to charge £29.00 for the two and must cost pence to buy in from china, what a set of robbing B"£$%&*S. Avoid and pay the extra for a Quooker Tap. Customer service is appalling, even asked me if I purchased my tap from them? then contacted me and said it was just out of warranty. If they said they have no record of my purchase how do they know the warranty has ran out.. Just avoid them shower of S**T

Bought a dual tap/ boiling water tap

Bought a dual tap/ boiling water tap. Temp has always been about 81 degrees and I have to microwave my coffee to bring it up to temp. Tried contacting Company via email twice with no reply (still not heard as I type this) and spoke to them on the phone where they advised me to email!!! Shocking product, even worse customer service. Customer service only available 12-2pm. Avoid!

absoulte piece of S**T

invested in this tap and to say that im truely disapointed in an understatment. I bought the fizz tap £1,500 with 5 year warranty additional £179. SInce being installed by there engineers the1st unit leaked in my brand new kitchen and also the replacement one both causing water damage to my new units. I have sent multiple emails with a response time of about a week, i Have now been told that i need to remove the tap and send it back to get a refund.
I cant beleive that im am being asked to do this. I refuse to do this, as if there is anymore damage they will probaly lay blame on me, I have never been offered any sort of compensation just the lack of respect and hiding behind a computer with emails and trying to shut down the complaint.
I will keep reveiw weekly untill i get this rectified.
I urge you not to buy this tap it will leak and they will try and palm you off at every oppurtunity!!

What a shower

Really poor customer service experience, I’m afraid. This company is extremely efficient at selling their product and pestering customers to buy new filters for their boiling water system every three months or risk invalidating your warranty (a veritable shower of emails where this is concerned) but extremely poor with any aftercare when the product goes wrong. We bought a tap and boiler from them and within four months said tap was in trouble with a detached lever and no logical way to fix it. Virtually impossible to connect with them on the phone (99 percent of the time the line is closed ‘due to staff training’. If only!) The ‘live’ chat is also in need of serious resuscitation, with totally unhelpful responses to quite simple enquiries like, ‘Our tap is broken through no fault of our own. How can we fix this and implement the warranty that you have pestered us to buy.’ The email service is equally useless. If you are lucky you might get a response to an email within say, five days, asking you to post a video of your problem and when you do they respond eventually to say that they can’t open the video.’ Not at any time do you actually get to speak to anyone who appears to have the slightest clue what they are doing or anyone who actually understands how these taps function - or in our case, don’t. Very much starting to wish we’d gone the Quooker route.

Appalling customer service!

Appalling customer service. Firstly, they took far too long to get a piece of paper to the installers. They said 10 days to instruct them!
More importantly, the tap has now been fitted but the filter wasn’t fitted as it was faulty. They are not answering the phone because of ‘high-volume calls’. I have asked the question of when a replacement filter will be sent to me (as it’s been a week) three times on live chat, by email and by voicemail. It’s a simple question, but they seem incapable of answering it or sending me a new one.
Plus, I bought the 5 in 1 tap to reduce the amount of sparkling bottled water I use, but it’s unlikely to work as it’s just like flat sparkling water - despite their suggestions on how to improve it. The rest of the tap I like, but obviously, I’m not getting any benefit from the non-filtered water and I dislike the taste of tap water:-(. I wish I’d gone elsewhere.

Föhnen Wasserhahn

The tap is newly installed and so far no problems. Well made and elegant it will make any house proud. The boiling water feature means we have a clean and chic worktop. It is not cheap but Quality never is. It is also better value than a Quooker, nearly double the price (in the sale 799.00 euros). So far do good, I recommend it.
