I requested a quote for an order of a few thousand dollars worth of equipment. Sales rep failed to respond with quote. Also, I contacted customer service with a question about some of the equipment and capabilities and after being transferred from one rude person to another, I decided to buy from another company. I would not recommend this company for anything to anyone.
