Terrible customer service

Im a loyal customer of Foco since I collect bobblehead. This time I purchased 2 Boston Celtics bobblehead, it was advertised as 8inches then eventually it was 6inches. I was disappointed cause I’ve been waiting for this for 6months was so excited then eventually got disappointed. Customer service Julie told me they don’t offer Return Shipping label for this? As if I was the one at fault. I wasn’t sure if she’s new employee. Her experience assisting me wasn’t helpful was so upset about the outcome. Hopefully someone I could reach out

Horrible customer service and you can't…

Horrible customer service and you can't call in, they make you pay to return... my order was late and I didn't need it anymore so I wanted to return it and they charge me a return fee smh so I lost money messing with them never again and also they acting like they can't find my return after 7days of it saying they received so im still waiting on my money back actually DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Their customer service is great

Their customer service is great. They said they would reply in 24-48 hours they took 12 and kept replying in seconds to help me out and get my order in order. Definitely recommend this website for bobble heads.

Excellent Customer Service

I mistakenly ordered the wrong bobblehead. I reached out to FOCO directly and received a response within a few hours. Nikki was able to quickly resolve my error and help fix my order. I greatly appreciate the assistance and can’t wait to receive my bobblehead!

The customer service department were very helpful and kept me informed on a regular basis.
The department are a credit to their company .

Great quality t-shirt, fast next-day shipping

Ordered a Philadelphia Eagles shirt 4 days before the Superbowl. Paid a pretty penny for next day shipping, which is 1-2 days. I was nervous about it arriving on time, based off of other reviews, but it arrived on the second day. The quality of the shirt is wonderful! I love that the shirt is 100% cotton shirt (I feel like that's hard to find since a lot of t-shirts are a blend of cotton + polyester or rayon). The print looks exactly like the picture. I'm super pleased with my order & customer service. I would highly recommend FOCO.

Seamless product return after two months...

I ordered my mom a pair of shoes for Christmas, but an incorrect pair was shipped to me instead despite the order slip inside the box being correct...

I was pretty upset and didn't want to have to go through the process of having to send them back for the pair I was meant to receive. Things in my life got busy and I didn't get around to reaching out to Foco until two months after I ordered the shoes. I saw on their website that they had a 30 day return policy and I was worried that I missed my opportunity to return the shoes.

However, after reaching out to their Customer Care team, they were happy to send me the correct shoes and a shipping label to return the other shoes free of charge! The whole process took two days, and I should be receiving the correct order soon. I am very happy that Foco made it right and bent their 30-day policy!

You can't call the company

You can't call the company. I paid two times for returns and got the same product which I returned. Not spending any more money on the companies mistakes. I don't care how cheap they are I will never use them and hope many other people with my issues would do the the same.

Out of time for an exchange

I was disappointed with the company’s response to my request to exchange a pair of slippers for a smaller size. The slippers were a Christmas present and I was late notifying the company about the exchange. The deadline was 15 January for Christmas gifts and it had passed. It would have been a nice goodwill gesture to allow an exchange, as it is such a waste to have a brand new pair of slippers that don’t fit.

Quality product! Great Customer Service! Fast Shipping!

My boys are 11 and 14 years old and love these football stadiums! Although the pieces are smaller than what Legos are, it doesn't phase them one bit. It keeps them occupied and quiet while I work from home. FOCO had a one day sale that I couldn't pass up and purchased several more for my boys for next summer break. The discount didn't apply to all of the stadiums I selected so I reached out to inquire and the customer service was friendly and prompt and made it right. Shipping was crazy fast too!
