Stay clear of this dreadful company. Items took over 2 months to arrive and when they did they are dreadful quality, NOTHING like the photos or description so I am trying to send back and get a refund and the e mails just bounce back. Lesson learnt

I brought the dinosaur carrier for a Xmas present did not show both email address bounced back no way to contact them today 3/1/2022 I finally received it box all bashed and poor quality I will never use this company again and I am really surprised they are allowed to advertise on Facebook still feel I have been conned AVOID !!

I ordered scooter doll and made payment 5 Nov 2021 .
Till now no messages no reply of emails and also all emails fail t be delivered.
I regret having trusted that fake website.
Please do not trust them .

Poor Quality material, You don't get any response to your emails. There is no refund policy or refund process. Don't waste your money

their emails dont exist so when you need to talk with them once you buy something - the quality is very cheap and it probably wont fit - no one will reply and youll be stuck with what you bought. AVOID

SCAM!! Wish I had read some of these reviews before purchase - I have had similar experience. HORRENDOUS quality/ size/ fit. I tried to email them on several email addresses and all bounced. Also tried to leave negative review on their website and it never shows. Feel like I've been robbed. These crooks should not be allowed to advertise on platforms like Facebook. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Wish i had checked them out or read the reviews before placing my order.
They are a SCAM company.
They will not respond to any of the emails infact the email addresses are scam too!
They should not be allowed to advertise especially on Facebook.
Will be checking out with the credit card company but i don't hold much hope.

BEWARE! This company is a scam. The so called postive reviews are not genuine. The product is rubbish, like bin bag material sewn into trousers!
They contact you via the email address provided on their website for customer services but when you try to reply to them, it returns as undeliverable. This is also the email they send order confirmation from so how can it suddenly be unreachable?!
I am currently going through a dispute via my bank to try and get my money back.

Rubbish site very disappointed with my yoga pants certainly not worth the money. I won't be buying again off these.

Ordered three shirts size 5xl which came from the far east, obviously, but no information on how to return if not satisfied. Well they were nowhere near 5xl as in the UK. Far to small. Have seen emails to all the email addresses on the Focili site but none are being received. Seems like a take the money and run company.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Email bounces back so can't issue return or refund. Product is not as advertised, the dress trousers I ordered are made of a cheap thin material like a swimming costume. Bad size, bad cut, bad material, bad service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! They take your money & you get nothing.

Do not buy from this company. I bought the dress trousers and they look nothing like the pictures. They are badly made from cheap shiny material. Completely unwearable. Mine were missing the button on arrival with a hole where it had fallen off. I asked to return them for refund and was told I'd have to cover the expensive postage cost to send them to Tuvalu, even though the company claim to have premises in Europe. Don't waste your money.

So 3 weeks, no delivery. Will contact my credit card company. Think I got conned!!!!

Complete scam, ordered leggings which they said they delivered and did not hermes even confirmed they weren't delivered and to contact Focili but they just said that they were delivered and to contact hermes.

Do not order from this company!

Poor quality material and stitching. Material wasn't as expected. Did not look like photo.

Tried getting in touch for refund on several customer services email addresses but all came back undelivered. £30 lost and trousers thrown in the bin!

In common with others in this review thread, he item I ordered took months to arrive. I note the poor quality. Further, the site offers a free return and provides a return label. Except it doesn't. It says to return at your expense, which is prohibitive, to an address in Tuvalu !
They did offer a 30% compensation, after I involved PayPal, but that still leaves me 70% out of pocket. Without the 'free returns' I wouldn't have bought from a site I was unfamiliar with. The 'customer services' email address also does not exist. And they are impossible to contact directly
Avoid this company.

The quality of the product is poor and took ages to arrive. When I emailed to return the items I was offered a 20% off voucher on the website. I said no and was then given an address in Tuvalu, a little island in the South Pacific. I had to look up the address for the post office and found the same address on another website which made it look suspicious. Returning the parcel was going to cost at least £14.50, and with the 15% restocking fee, this makes it prohibitive for me to return the items. We shall see what happens next but I'd say steer clear.
