Everything you want in a company!
FOBEA was recommended to me by a friend and throughout the whole process they were flawless from start to finish. They took on my properties from a range of agencies in Manchester, Leeds & Birmingham. I am so grateful to Matthew - he recently found me two tenants. He was also practical and thorough throughout, especially with any maintenance that was required before those tenants moved in. I thought it would’ve been more difficult due to the different schedules for the other tradesmen but all jobs were completed even earlier than the deadline I had given them! Keep up the good work gentlemen, and again a big thanks to Matthew 👍

Not for landlords who want to be informed before it is too late.

I have been associated with Lee Fleming for two years now. Lee has always been very helpful, giving me a lot of time to take informed decisions. He goes out of his way to make the client get all possible information, and he does not stop at that, he is more than willing to lend a helping hand after the exchange or sale goes through.
James Rogerson was introduced to me by Lee around 6 months ago. He has always been available to answer all my queries even over weekends. He is innovative with a lot of good ideas to increase the rental yield. He is already managing one property for me, and will be managing the other new ones which are in the pipeline.
One does not need to look beyond Lee and James!!
