I saw an ad on Friday and ordered two hats for my daughters gender reveal. It was super short notice but they got them to me in time for my flight and I was so excited.

The birthday hat was cute and arrived on time. However, one of the ribbons on it wouldn't stay wrapped around the candle. That part was disappointing since it was brand new.

My cousin loved her hat for her birthday present. I didn’t even wrap it because it looked so excellent on her gift table. The star of the show. Can’t wait to get more party hats.

I didn't initially get a response on whether they could produce the hats i ordered by the date i requested. I e-mailed them, and that day i got an e-mail saying my order shipped. Could have been coincidence, or could be that they forgot or didn't notice the order until i emailed them. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt that it is the former.

All of that being said, the hats were delivered before my requested date, and they were just as described. The foam seems to be pretty high quality, and i would say the same about the hats overall (i ordered the giant, american flag cowboy hats). The white part of the hat did end up getting a very slight yellow tint to it after the first use. But it did get slightly wet, and i was also out in the sun the entire day. I was also sweating in the heat, so all of these things could have contributed to the discoloration; and i do not consider the discoloration to be due to poor quality of the hats.

My order was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition! The craftsmanship is so creative and special. I am glad I found them- we are big on Halloween so, I know we'll be using this company again! synthetic wigs are out Fun foam wigs are IN

I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to reply back to me. I wanted to place another big order over $500 with of hats. Try calling,,numerous emails no one got back to me. I would like to place another big order but I need to speak to a representative to see if I can get custom made hats!

This hat was a gift for an old friend. I ordered months ahead of time. I requested delivery a few days before her birthday. The hat was delivered on time ahead of the birthday

The "Carmen Miranda" Fruit Hat is wonderful.
The price jumped from when we first looked at it from $14.99 to $44.99.
Just a slight uptick.
