The rep came to my home which was the only reason this company got 1 star. I was highly offended by the comments being made by Tom Kopecky. He made comments about politics that were unnecessary and made jabs about the neighborhood we lived in. Stating he was going to remote start his car to warm it up and hopes No one steals it. When the comments were made I just looked at my mom and laughed uncomfortably. I will never recommend this company to anyone if This is who they allow to represent them.

#Fedelity National Title, our bad experience.

We were recently engaged in Fidelity national title in Arizona, unfortunately we were already in our new home 1800 miles away, and the communication from this organization was very poor. Emails and return calls not responded to, they acted as if they were doing us a favor and charging us for that favor. If I ever have a choice again to use them or not, would not use them and we will recommend not using them to all of our friends. Just a bad experience, adding to the stress of selling a home and moving..

Anti-Veteran, Predatory, Fraudulent

I had a frustrating experience with Fidelity National Title Group’s Arizona Underwriting Department. Despite multiple attempts to resolve a fraudulent transaction with my VA Loan, they were unresponsive and failed to address my concerns. This caused material losses to be incurred by me, a disabled combat veteran. Their poor customer service and lack of accountability have been extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend working with them.

Fidelity Is Straight Forward

Fidelity is a straight forward experienced title company with an excellent history and an incredible staff. I appreciate all the services they provide and the information they offer. Highly recommended.
