Useless service as they promise same day delivery and then they take three days to deliver the product and the help team is very very poor wrong they juts sent u keep on shifting to relevant teams that’s it and no help is given I had paid extra Amt for the same day delivery and still my order is kept on hold poor service fnp kindly don’t use fnp

Absolutely the worst place to order from if timing matters even a little bit.
I ordered flowers online for a sick friend and repeatedly requested express delivery before 10:00 AM because I had to leave by then. I didn’t just mention it once — I contacted their chat support four separate times, explaining the urgency and asking if it could be delivered earlier.
Each time I was told the request had been “forwarded to the associates.” That phrase, apparently, means absolutely nothing.
By 10:30 AM there was still no delivery. When I contacted yet another agent, I was casually told that the delivery window is 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM — information that would have been useful before I spent my morning chasing them on chat.
In the end, I had to leave without the flowers, completely defeating the purpose of the order. The flowers were eventually delivered at 12:53 PM, long after they were needed.
If a company cannot handle something as simple as communicating realistic delivery expectations, they shouldn’t be selling “express” services in the first place.
Terrible communication. Zero accountability. A complete waste of time.
Needless to say, I will never order from them again

Worst experience ever. I had ordered flowers and the gift for today. The flowers were delivered today at 8:36pm.and the condition of.some of the flowers were pathetic. The gift was not delivered today. I had ordered these for Women's day and the entire surprise was ruined by them. Spoke to the escalation team and they were very casual about this and tried to brush this aside by offering me 20% coupon for the flowers. It was ridiculous.

Should have read the reviews here before ordering. Looks like just the site is runnning and no one is available to deliver or resolve issue. They are fraudsters and needs to be taken down. I ordered for delivery on 7th Mar and didn't get delivered. There was no option to contact them, the chat button on website doesn't work. They made eveything to be believable like it is a genuine one. Just after the end of day, got two auto generated emails saying we couldn't deliver and they themselves created a ticket and closed. It also has chat with us link and navigates to their website. As said, there is no one, only site is running and everything else is automated. Order number: 70787185

Horrible experience. I’ve ordered a bouquet to be delivered within a time slot and they’re over 3 hours delayed and are yet to deliver. I’ve had to reach out to customer service multiple times and they keep requesting more and more time. Never ordering from this company again, highly recommend you look elsewhere. Order number 70768567 if you’re actually looking at this FNP team, I expect a full refund for this disappointment.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ferns N Petals. I scheduled a gift delivery with a promised time slot between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, but even after the committed time window, the order was still not delivered.

What makes the situation worse is the lack of proper response from their customer support team. There has been no clear update, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue promptly.

When customers choose a service like Ferns N Petals, it is usually for important occasions and special moments. Failing to deliver on time completely defeats the purpose and ruins the experience.

From my perspective, this feels extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Promising delivery slots and then failing to meet them without proper communication is simply unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this service, especially if the delivery is for a time-sensitive occasion.

Ive been having a good experience with fnp for a few years now but since 2025, their service has become very poor. If i can give zero stars, i would give them that. I have had few failed orders from them now, one of the flower orders was delivered with rotten/dried flowers and it really ruined the birthday mood of my family when they received these stale flowers. Second time burnt with gift hamper order not delivered on time, promised to deliver the next day, again failed with order put on hold, no communication since product was not available. If its not available, why is it listed in the website in first place? No answers from the people chatting as customer service. I will not be ordering through them again. We have few good options available other than them in the market.

the website is very impressive , till the time you place the order everything looks super cool. Tracking the order is one hassle and communicating with them is another task. Better to go with the local vendor, the service can be way better. On top of it, delivering the cake/ bouquet or watever you will order will have an additional price, which is again surprising and unreasonable.

One of the worst experience, I have ordered 2 bouquet for 18k but the quality of the delivery is very very bad, customer care agents are so irresponsible, they don't give proper update and it is so difficult to reach them. I request who ever is planing to order costly items this is not recommend at all.

I ordered them from Canada to Punjab, and the whole process was smooth and the delivery was on time and in great quality!

They are one of the worst service provider i have ever met. I have orderd 2 item order numbers 7054086002 and 7054086001. They delivered the birthday cake late after their promised time and the other gift not yet delivered. I never see. Such cheap company. When you try to connect with them over phone they disconnect your call without resolving the issue. They delete your instagram comment. Now you know at basis they are doing this. Only one word for them fraud

The product that i ordered for my birthday was not really presented well. The product has just 17 nestle kitkat of 10 rs each but they charged a total of 1347 rs. When i requested to get my order replaced i got no resolution of my issue. Their website do not have a return or replacement option. A total scam. My order number is 70556581. Please get my issue resolved.

Very disappointed with my recent order. The cake was extremely hard and did not seem fresh at all. It honestly felt like it had been sitting out for a long time. This was meant for a special occasion, and it was embarrassing to serve. The bouquet could have been better too but the cake quality needs serious improvement. Ruined my sister's birthday.

Instantly on placing the order, I placed the request for timely delivery or cancel the order, if it cant be delivered on the time i mentioned because the receipeint is available for a brief span of 2-3 hours. However, the FNP team said they cant cancel and will deliver during 1-5 pm. However, they will expediate. I said, person will not be tehre after 1 pm , so if u cant deliver than please cancel the order. They hurriedly prepared the order for delivery. and reached at 2:48, when the person has left. when i i asked the delivery guy to throw that packet or give it to some one and send me the photo, he said he will deliver from where he had picked up. When i m not asking u for the money back, than throuw it the way i m asking. Earlier, u didnt cancelled the order, now u r not even throwing it. You want to earn double money- order id 70549023

I ordered cake n flowers for my daughter in Mumbai for her birthday. It was a special occasion for us, but fnp ruined it by not delivering the order either on night before or on the day of birthday.

Ordered a cake with bouquet...The bouquet was not at all as per the pic advertisd..the cake looked shitty...On complaint.the only resolution was 15% discount on future order or 25% Cashback..Ideally for the crappy item they sent..they should be refunding entire amount !!

Update: it's the same 25% refund which I mentioned above is now getting reconfirmed...what I said is you should be refunding 100% for such crap products.

These guys are vermin. I placed an order without logging in and the cart price was Rs. 4112 (translating to about $44 based on current exchange rate). Once I logged in with my US account, the cart price changed to $88. They can go sc*** themselves. My workaround is to have my family in India place the order, but this is just stupid and foolish practice on fmp part. Louses.

Don't order from FNP. I did the mistake. My order was sent to completely different location and had to pay the delivery person extra to get my already paid item. Customer service is complete waste. No contact number available only chat option. They will reply after 30 min and they closed saying order is scheduled eventhough my issue was incorrect delivery location from their part. I am not here to get refund for their shitty service but make others aware.
