Flywei Robotics - exercise caution working with them
I would strongly caution others about working with FlyWei Robotics.
FlyWei agreed to work with us. The first red flag came when they asked us to change our payment terms. We agreed this in good faith.
When the invoice became due, they disputed it and payment was not made. Despite us having delivered the service, we ultimately had to issue County Court proceedings before FlyWei paid the amount claimed together with our court fees.
The wider contractual position remains unresolved.
For me, the experience destroyed any confidence I would have had in dealing with FlyWei on credit terms again.
If you are considering supplying them, consider taking payment upfront.
I cannot recommend working with them.
