I have been looking for an adequate flight to Berlin for the past week and couldn’t find the best solution until I found this website. I was assisted by James Brown and he was phenomenal. Agile, helpful and positive, but the most impressive thing he did was follow up till the end of the shift to make sure I got my flight booked.
